NTSH is a mental healthcare facility that has two campuses: one department is located in Wichita Falls, TX and the other in Vernon, TX. Thank you for your response regards to "Rolling Meadows Community Hospital". John did not act in a fairly manner by not giving the intern the position. Even though John did confess his truly feelings it still ended up being an altercation not only for him but the hospital as well. I agree where you stated "This provide an understanding that just because one doesn’t physically touch or ask for physical contact doesn’t mean you can’t get in trouble for comment." I believe John felt like he could get away with this case just because he was the CEO of the hospital but it obviously does not matter what type of position you hold in a work environment; this should not be tolerated at any work environment.
Jones Regional Medical Center is a huge academic health center with 900 beds and are known for its research and teaching hospitals. Additionally, the IT staff at Jones supports 300 applications and 12,000 workstations. The center uses Technology Med (TechMed) for their admitting system. The system includes registration, inpatient charge, payment entry, master patient index, admission, hospital billing, and more. The TechMed system has been accessible since 1998; Jones is beginning to plan a replacement of this systems because of the fragility of the software (Wager, 2013).
S.D. is a 38 year old immigrant female from India who was admitted to a community memorial hospital when she was nine months pregnant. S.D. went to the hospital clinic for a prenatal checkup on October, 7th 2014. The nurse took her vitals and all her vitals were normal except for the blood pressure. Nurse relayed this abnormal finding to the physician who advised S.D. to get admitted as this could pose a potential health risk. She stayed in two different units in the hospital during her stay: Labor & Delivery unit before giving birth and the Maternal Post-Op recovery unit after giving birth through a cesarean section. She was subsequently discharged from the hospital on 10/13/14.

I was recently offered a new opportunity, at Kalispell Regional Hospital, working as a respiratory therapist. The reporting party (RP) received information from Alta Regional Center regarding foster parents. It was reported the foster father threatened a foster child say "if you don't stop this I'm going to punch you in the face." According to the RP an in home support services employee was present and overheard the threat and contacted Kang Thao (916) 978-6456 with Alta Regional Center. The RP stated the exact date is unknown, however it was recent. The foster parent met with 2 social workers in their home after the visit the parents became upset at the outcome of the visit and began to swear in the presence of the foster children. Also present were the foster parents' two adopted minor children.
On 02/012016, at approximately 1833hrs, Officer Estimond unit 3610 was dispatched to a reported subject urinating inside of the train located on the southbound platform at Doraville station.. Once Estimond made contact with Mullins, he realized that Mullins was staggering and unable to stand alone. Officer Estimond also smelled the scent of alcohol coming from Mullins breath. Mullins was arrested for Drunkennes and transfered to Doraville city jail. Doraville refused to intake Mullins because of his drunkenness. officer Estimond returned with Mullins back to Doraville Station and called for an Ambulance to respond. Dekalb EMS #54 arrived, treated Mullins on scene and decided to transfer Mullins foR further evaluation to Northside hospital.

CM spoke to Kiara Gelin (youth) regarding a follow-up on services. Youth reported she continues to attend the Partial Hospitalization program at the Jersey City Medical Center. CM was informed that youth stopped attending the TASC program due to time conflict and youth will resume the program in September. CM and youth disused employment; youth had a job interview at Wendy’s, Fast food restaurant. CM encouraged youth to apply at local jobs in the mall, CM verbally provided youth with a list of jobs that are hiring in the community. CM inquired about the Cook, Eat and Talk program. Youth reported the family will follow-up with the program once the family phone is working. CM agreed. CM and youth discussed mentor
The patients’ comments support the score of HCAHPS. Out of 75 negative comments, 33 of them address the issue of noisiness while only 1 out of 17 positive comments support the statement that area around the room is quiet at night. Therefore, it is evident that the HCAHPS claim on why Herzog Memorial Hospital has low satisfaction is valid.
Columbus Regional Health (n.d.) serves 10 counties in Southeast Indiana. The demographics include a predominantly Caucasian population of approximately 300,000 people (Economic Opportunities through Education by 2015, n.d.). Twin Oaks Hospital in Lexington, Colorado is a 100-bed hospital with a staff of 350 employees that include over 200 nurses and 40 clerical and secretarial employees, the majority of which are women. Recently the staff has had some apprehension and discontent over pay levels.
