In the McWhorter School of Building Science in the College of Architecture, students have had a 100% employment rate in the two previous semesters (Nobles). This statistic alone shows one perk Auburn University has over many other colleges. Auburn University is the best college because it has the best job opportunities, the best major, and the best traditions.

I hereby write in regards to admission into Grand Canyon University. As a matter of fact, I chose this particular university based on its Christian values as well as the excellent students it has produced from the wide variety of quality courses. The university has also shown a commitment to developing their students all-round through extra-curricular activities and other areas with the fact that it was the first ever for-profit university- and the only one too- to participate in Division One athletics for NCAA. The institution offers me with the best environment and university to pursue my education and foster the attainment of my long term ambitions and dreams.

From a very young, becoming a veterinarian has been a dream of mine. The love of animals coupled with the thought of helping those animals through suffering and having the opportunity to actually save one's life has been a motivator for the future. A veterinarian changes an animal’s life in more ways than one. They care for the health of animals. Veterinarians are also able to diagnose, treat, and research medical conditions and diseases of not just pets but also livestock and wildlife ("Summary" U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics). It goes beyond the annual vaccinations.

McDaniel College had first been created when its first building went up in 1866-1867. The school was the first institution that was south of the Mason-Dixon line and was coeducational. The first name that the school had was Western Maryland. That name originated because the institutions first board chairman (John Smith Wakefield) was president of the railroad, which had been called Western Maryland Railroad. Texans lived in a one party state for nearly a century. In Texas the only party that was in control was the Democratic Party from the post-Civil war era to the late 1970’s. In Texas politics for approximately over 100 years the Republican Party was basically non-existent. In a one party state Republicans were the second party. Republicans controlled a few seats in the legislature and they failed to win any statewide races. Mid-western abolitionists that opposed the Kansas-Nebraska Bill created today’s Republican Party. The total average cost of attendance to attend Texas A&M for one year cost about $27,272 (for in-state residents), which includes tuition and fees, board and room, books, transportation and other types of expenses. It’s also not a problem if you don’t live nearby . There are 16 different A&M University's. The closest ones from here would be Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and College Station. Texas A&M is the state’s oldest institution of higher education, and was founded in 1876.

For Hillsborough Community College to attract the most students and achieve higher retention rates, Differentiated Marketing would be the best practice. Because Hillsborough Community College is predominantly diverse, target marketing groups should include dual-enrolled students, recent high-school graduates, young adults, and career-oriented adults seeking higher education. A smaller marketing group to consider is the mature adult over the age of 60 who are seeking recreational classes. Promotional messages should be developed to target each group in order to increase attraction and retention in each group category. The main marketing focus of HCC has been on the high school market, and not in actively recruiting the adult market (Clarus 16). Though the high school market may always display a greater percentage of students attending HCC, other marketing groups may show an improved interest if promotional messages are targeted to each group, thus increasing overall attendance.

Last but not least, Texas A&M has a really great cost and financial aid program for students. The In-state tuition and fees were about 10,176 dollars while out-of-state tuition and fees were about 28,768 dollars. If I was an In-state student, this would have been a great opportunity not only because of the students life and academics but also because of the tuition fees. However since I am not an In-state student, the cost is pretty expensive.
