In the article “Mexico or America” a family stresses the outcome of their survival when Trump comes into presidency. The wife has a job and is legal in America along with her 2 daughters, but her husband is illegal. Personally, I wouldn't want to be alone. Especially if my husband and children were legal in the United States and I only had so long until the government found out. If the government didn't find out you would still struggle to live the average life. Rachel told Ivri, “if he wins, we're leaving.” Also, many celebrities are saying the same. I strongly believe we are one country and no matter who the president is we need to stick together. I also believe it should be easier for illegals to become legal. Trump isn't very

The events of the expansion of British America, the decline of the Native American population in the east, and the transition from indentured servitude to race-based servitude in the period of 1660 - 1700 shared a close relationship with one another (Schultz, 2013). First, the creation of proprietary colonies allowed their ruler to establish governments as they wished, as long as their laws aligned with those of England. This freedom to rule a colony was extremely attractive because if ruled successfully, the ruler or proprietors of that colony had an opportunity to become wealthy. Furthermore, African slaves discovered that rice could be easily grown in areas where it was thought that there were little agriculture benefits. Next, William Penn promoted a colony which encompassed religious freedom and easy access to land. Penn recruited people from Europe to inhabit his colony, and what we now know today as Pennsylvania, grew exponentially.
The workplace is an environment where more and more Americans are spending significant portions of their time. In fact, 25 million workers reported spending at least 49 hours a week at work, (Schabner, 2013). This means that having effective communication in the workplace is becoming increasingly important. Not just to improve business practices, but to improve the quality of both employer AND employee satisfaction. Effective interpersonal communication is the most important aspect in determining the success of workplace practices. Effective interpersonal communication includes practices such as honesty, clarity, and mutual respect.

Analytical essay – Draft. Kasey-London Moor. The poems The Sea by James Reeves and The Surfer by Judith Wright both evidently share the theme of the sea and its great uncertainty however they differentiate when their use of imagery positions readers in different points of view about the sea. The Sea writes about the sea as being a dog conveying the seas erratic behaviour however, The Surfer takes the point of view of a person experiencing the inconsistent form of the sea and its impact on surfers.
A communication contract supports effective communication, which is essential to the proper functioning of any organization. My organization includes a team of Human Resource specialists and their supervisors. Currently, my unit works under the assumption that certain aspects of the implied social contract will be honored by all members. However, clearly defining the basic rules of communication and identifying why they are important would help ensure that all team members are aware of what is expected of them. In addition, adherence to the principles of proper communication would help the team carry out their mission and create greater value for the larger organization. This paper will analyze how a communication contract could benefit my
