Basic elements of communication must be meet to have success. Great communication is the key in creating a more connected system for the administration managements. Karl Weick defines the organizational process as, “A method to resolve ambiguities’ through the collective processing of information” (94). Any agency, firm, police, court or correction must use this method to define their system of communication. Management has the duties of setting boundaries and rules for communication. This will allow them to function effectively and meet their organizational goals (Stojkovic, Kalinich, and Klufas). Intra—organizational communication and Interorganizational communication is important when are dealing with a large bureaucracy structure. Intra-organization involves communication within the organization. Members from different sections of the criminal justice system have different roles they must maintain. Every agency has their own unique rhetoric and perceived ideals. Officers with multiple work-related contacts have fewer conflicts because they have fewer communication barriers to being with. The Purpose of this paper is to explain how communication between doctor and patient, nurses and patient and nurse to doctor is imperative to the patient care and outcome. To define, and discuss the seven principles of patient-clinician communication, and how, I apply three of them in my everyday clinical settings. Listening carefully is one of the most crucial aspects of negotiation, as you must be able to offer new products and services whilst communicating with customers, which can be proven to be quite the task itself, therefore you would always have to be alert and listen very carefully to their needs in order to offer them the correct product or service for their need.

Technology is advancing rapidly every single day, in hopes to make our society adapt better to a technology based future. Communication is the biggest factor that plays into our everyday jobs. Communicating verbally versus electronically both have the same intentions. This is to speak clearly, and say what needs to be said, relying strongly on reactions. Does this affect our society, when people rely more on electronic forms of communication, when they know miscommunications can be cleared just as fast verbally? The question stands for our society as a whole. If people rely vastly on electronic communication more everyday, does this change the way people communicate verbally? The answer is yes, electronic communication affects more people, than verbal communication does.
In conclusion, managing communication in the organisation is important so as to perform basic functions. Managers should be effective communicators with high levels of fluency and professionalism and must be aware of the communication cycle to achieve team goals. Effective communication within the workplace like in the company’s technical office keeps the team involved in the delivery of customer focus which increases commitment to the organisation and make for a better relationship and understanding within the team. An effective communicator understands the communication process using the appropriate communication channel such as verbal, non-verbal or written communication. The correct use of the process helps to uncover barriers and determine effective preventive steps to avoid those barriers.
