Global warming (the greenhouse effect) is the increase in the temperature of Earth's weather which has become popular to many people as one of the most important danger in the universe. Discussions about causes, solutions, postive and negative effects have made by human-beings.

Global warming is the escalation of Earth’s average temperatures due to the effect of greenhouse gases. Such as carbon dioxide emissions from burning fossils fuels and the disforestation of our forest and jungles, which trap the heat that would eventually escape from earth back to space. This is a method of greenhouse effect. Global climate change is already beginning to transmute the presence of life on earth. Also, climate change is transforming the landscape, the rising seas, stronger storms, increased risk of floods and droughts, higher temperatures, more heat-related illnesses with in humans and the economy.

Global warming is a gradual process of heating of earth’s surface and whole environment including oceans, ice caps, etc. The global rise in atmospheric temperature has been clearly noticed in the recent years. According to the Environmental Protection Agency, in the past century there is increase in the earth’s surface average temperature by around 1.4-degree Fahrenheit. It has also been estimated that global temperature may increase by another 2 to 11.5 degrees F in the next century.

Global warming is an increase of Earth’s temperature throughout a period of time. Global warming is a disease that is one of the root causes of Earth’s illness. This invisible change has a lot of drastic effects on mankind, wildlife as well as nature. The reasons to these destructions are humans themselves. There are some very obvious ways to tackle the situation. Many of the extraordinary weather changes since the 1950’s are recorded in the instrumental temperature record which stretches out to the mid-19th Century while having thousands of years according to the Paleoclimate Proxy Records [IPCC Climate]. Temperature across the whole world is predicted to change throughout this century and continuing. The Earth’s ability to tackle the emission of heat-trapping gases, as well as the amount of gases released will predict the magnitude of global climate change [NASA].

Scientists around the world have been researching climate change since the 1970’s. One thing most agree on is that the temperature of Earth is rising at a rapid pace and that global warming has been caused mostly by human activity. Our atmosphere contains gases that act as a blanket, because it traps heat from the sun and prevents it from escaping back into space. The trapping of the sun’s heat by these gases is known as the greenhouse effect, and the gases are called greenhouse gases. The main greenhouse gases that occur in nature are carbon dioxide, methane, and nitrous oxide. Without the greenhouse effect, earth would be too cold to support life.

Over the past 50 years, the average global temperature has been increasing at the fastest rate ever recorded. Experts say that the heating rate is only going to increase, while people who deny this say that there has been a “slow down” or “pause” in the rising global temperatures. Scientists say that unless something changes, the average U.S. temperature could increase by 10 degrees Fahrenheit over the next century. (1) Almost 100% of the global temperature increases have been the result of increased greenhouse gas concentration like water vapor, carbon dioxide, methane and ozone. One of the largest sources of greenhouse gas is the burning of fossil fuels leading to the emission of carbon monoxide. It has been known that Earth’s atmospheric temperature has risen over the decades, the exact term for this is called “Global Warming”. So, what exactly does this mean? To simply state it, heat is emitted into the atmosphere and then eventually released. Some gases such as carbon dioxide, water vapor and methane capture heat more efficiently than others and are called “greenhouse gasses”, and if the atmosphere contains more of these gases, it retains more heat and becomes warmer, thus causing the rise in atmospheric temperature. “Global levels of greenhouse gases have been steadily increasing. In 1990 they were more than 14 percent higher than in 1960. According to the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), which measures long-lived greenhouse gases and publishes an Annual Greenhouse Gas Index (AGGI), greenhouse gases increased 37 percent from 1990 to 2015, and of that, carbon dioxide accounted for 80 percent of the increase (Keating).” This results in significant changes in climate and weather patterns. Global warming is the act of Greenhouse Gases; which is Carbon Dioxide, Methane, Nitrous Oxide and Oxygen in the form of water vapor. First during the volcanic eruptions and secondly through underground magma which is a combination of molten rock and gases below the surface of the Earth that may erupt from a volcano as lava [12]. Global warming is the believe in which the actions of humanity and their way of life has impacted the world temperature of its atmosphere to rise up. Thus, heating up the planet or what is commonly known as Global Warming. This cause is occurring because of the greenhouse effect in which by producing a large amount of carbon dioxide, pollutants and heat, the suns warmth gets trapped in the planet’s atmosphere. In which instead of releasing the normal amount of heat it stays within the planet. For example, an iceberg that would normally take hundreds of years to melt it would only take a few years now. We drive everyday worrying about getting from point A to point B on time that we forget that we are burning up fossil fuels. After the industrial revolution and the development of factories we began to multiply the gases we let out into the atmosphere. This causes for the ice caps that surround us to melt and increase the sea level, thus creating floods in certain parts of the worlds. Also large wildfires are growing because of the dangerous heat waves. For example in the country of India their streets have experience the extreme heatwaves where their asphalt has melted as if it was put in a furnace. In California, we also experience recent droughts were lakes were completely dried up, leaving no evidence of water. We are
