If any believers get together to worship or commune with each other, Christ is in the midst because every believer has the presence of God with them wherever they gather. God is in all places. It is his limited presence of the Holy Spirit. It is not the size of the congregation, but the faith and sincere devotion of the worshippers that open up and invites the presence of the Holy Spirit inside that make the ministry effective.
