A) The topic concerning this case is negligence law. The issue is whether Simon would be successful perusing a negligence claim.

I learned some new things from the case article that were not mentioned in Cynthia Cooper’s book titled Extraordinary Circumstances. However, the gist of it was the same. I will focus my paragraphs based on the three questions.

“Nobody” is a proposed show about an undercover FBI agent who has lost her sense of identity because of all her undercover missions. The main character McKenna Rogers is a 25-year-old FBI agent who is extremely committed to her job and has never had to worry about anyone but herself. The show begins when McKenna is assigned a partner for her next undercover mission. McKenna’s new partner helps her find herself again as they work together undercover. The proposed show would be liked by television producers because it appeals to the groups of people they like to target.
