The Greatest Gift To America

America’s gift to my generation, what are the first things that come to mind, freedom? Ronald Regan once said,” We are forever indebted to those who have given their lives that we might be free.” We celebrate Veteran’s Day to celebrate those who made the biggest sacrifice for our freedom, America’s Gift, but freedom is not the only thing. America’s greatest Gifts to me are my freedom in general, freedom of Religion, and high advances in technology.

The reason I think that freedom is a gift is that we don’t have to fight for freedom anymore, we already have it. In the past, many people volunteered to risk their lives for their families and for the future generations. Many women fought for a women’s rights to vote, and own land so that they have more freedom. Because of that many women now have much more rights due to the women in the past. No, not to me, America’s gift to my generation is the freedom of speech. It is to follow and worship different religions, say what you want to say, be who you want to be. That right cannot be taken from you because, it is the first Amendment and even back in 1791 congress knew that it was an important right. America’s gift is like a car, brand new, shiny gleaming, and takes you where you want to go.

To live free you must fight for your right and to fight there will be blood to be shed but america will triumph at the end. The gift to my generation is the us army because they are always there when we need them. They are always willing to fight when things go drastically rong so that peace is kept. They are even willing to give their lives for us because they all believed in the idea of a free country. These are all the reason that america's army is the gift to my generation.

America has changed a lot. If you were in america one- hundred years ago, things would have looked very different. America's new generation is not only different from several years ago, but in other countries too.

The Second Amendment says that all citizens should have the right to bear arms, and some people are trying to take away what the military fought for. America’s gift to my generation is the right to bear arms or the Second Amendment. Because of this law, we have the right to defend ourselves hunt, and have fun. The military fought for these rights so we should keep them.

America's greatest gifts given to my generation are technology, healthcare, and continued freedom. Technology gives us further research opportunities, elaborate communication, and new, efficient instruments. Secondly, health care has provided useful vaccines, technology to cure us, and valuable experiments. Finally, our continued freedom has given us the ability to live freely, has abandoned slavery, and has put a stand in our history.

This quote from Ronald Reagan “Freedom is never more than one generation from extinction. We did not pass it to our children in the bloodstream. It must be fought for protected and handed on for them to do the same.” Shows that america gave us freedom and now we just have to fight to maintain that freedom. We have recently been learning in history about how things used to be before we had all the freedom we do now and it just makes me realize how lucky we are today to have the freedom we have today and how appreciative of the people who fight for my country.

America’s greatest gift to my generation is that how good of a country I have and to have the ability to have freedom and also to have all these veterans to serve our country and also to have liberty.

The troops risk their lives each and every day, rain or snow. Most people take that for granted and disrespect the troops, only highlighting their faults, disregarding all of the hard work they have done for decades. Freedom is

America has given many gifts to my generation and lots of these gifts save lives and cure sickness. America has so many things that other country’s don't have. Without most of these gifts America wouldn’t be as healthy and would be poor.

The past generations of America have passed down so many amazing gifts that we take for granted such as freedom of speech, endless opportunities, and diversity. These remarkable individuals have modeled a strong work ethic that challenges Americans to ultimately succeed in life. For example, our generation realizes that what you need is much more important than what you want as well as to never pass up an unforgettable opportunity.

Our gift, is, nothing good really. I mean, with Trump as the United States President, how good can America be??? Anyways, back to the “gifts” part. I’d say that our unnaturally strong army is probably one of the best gifts of our generation ever!!!! To make more of an essay, I’ll list some pros and cons for this topic.
