The history of the gun is riddled with bullets, corpses, and engineering. Dating back as early as the 13th century, guns were at first merely stone cups filled with gunpowder and a rock. The gunpowder was lit, the rock hit someone, and they were dead. It was cheap, inaccurate, dangerous to use and get hit by, and impractical, yet it’s concept revolutionized warfare for centuries to come. Guns soon evolved over time, going from primitive flintlock muskets to the reliable bolt action rifle and then to the semi automatic and fully automatic weapons that are in the market today.
