There are many tasks and responsibilities that can arise in a person’s day. In particular, juggling family, work, and school which is a very difficult and tiring task. Being disorganized can lead to a chaotic and stressful day. Using a time chart is useful and beneficial it can help you stay organized and keep daily activities more manageable. The first step to balancing my studies and family is to use a time chart. The time chart helps to keep my tasks in order and completed on time. It is helpful in reminding me about upcoming appointments whether it is at school or work, not to mention the other unexpected events that can also happen to make you forget what you were doing. Most of all, my time chart helps me look forward to taking breaks that I longed for after a long day’s work. Even with a huge workload a time chart can help keep your to do list up to date, it helps you concentrate on one task at a time, and it helps you prioritize what needs to be done first. It is important to schedule your day the night before or when first arising. The first step I take to scheduling is to writing down my daily duties. Then find out what appointment I have pending. Next, I rearrange and organize to fit my schedule. This will keep duties in order and also help me find what is the most important daily activities. Do not forget to review the chart after completion; this is very crucial. This time chart lays out a step-by-step approach to the day. It also helps to remind me how long I
I take the first few minutes of every day to plan my day and do not start my day until complete my time plan. I think the most important time of a day is the time we schedule to schedule time. This trick helps me what success looks like before I start daily activities and personal life schedule. Scheduling out every hour of our day might feel wasting the time or over the top, but when everything has its place in the schedule, everything usually ends up getting done.
We are all very busy with work and school so sometimes we forget what needs to be done in time, so the daily planner is a very useful tool that helps you remember important events. Every day I update something new on my planner that would keep me updated for the upcoming week or month. For example, when it comes to my studies I have a special section for it and I always put a writing “study an hour in am and pm for English” to look over the materials on the given chapter. It is a great way not to fall behind on your studies and you are much better prepared when it comes on taking the chapter exam. When it comes to work I put the days and hours that I work a head of time so I can be able to figure out the time I have left to spend with my family and time for studying. As I mention before, family time is very important to me so I mostly put on my planer simple family stuff such us having dinner in a certain time, days of going out, or doing different chores, enrolling my son into daily or weekly activities, shopping, or family trips.

It is best to set out a goal for the day and work out a plan to achieve it,
Prioritize my daily activities so that my study time does not end up being the last thing I do each day. I understand that my daily activities can vary based on family needs, appointments, social needs, etc. however, I still have to devote some time in the morning or afternoon to do some study and/or class work. For instance, on the worksheet above, I ran errands on Monday between 11am and 2pm. I believe that I will be more efficient in my academics if I moved my errand time to later in the day (if possible) and then study first before taking care of chores that can wait. My study time should be in the top category of my to-do
You need a clear idea of your day's activities. Putting a considerable effort to plan your activities for the day will help you accomplish more. Arrange tasks according to their importance and priority.
Then you need to prioritize in order of importance, what absolutely needs to be done and what can hold for a day or two. Whenever you’re done with a task, make sure to cross out whatever it is that you have completed, otherwise you may have forgotten that you already did that and may do it again. The key to all of this is just to keep calm and don’t overwork yourself, or you might get stressed out. When the end of the day comes, evaluate on all that you accomplished for the day. Then get to work on making tomorrows

Does a lengthened day make a difference? Kindergarten plays a crucial role in the growth and development of a child. It is at the kindergarten level where the child begins the basis for the rest of their path through education. Educators are constantly looking into new ways of improving the kindergarten curriculum and environment in order to provide their students with the most adequate education possible. There is always some criticism when it comes to change; as in the case with changing half-day to full-day kindergarten. After extensive research, I have found a number of studies comparing full-day and half-day kindergarten programs that show young children benefit more from a developmentally structured full-day kindergarten program, most notably in terms of academic achievement. Having the extra hours during the school day allows students to learn more and apply what they have learned. In this paper, I propose to answer the question of whether it is more beneficial for young children to attend full-day as opposed to half-day kindergarten programs, in relation to academic achievement, while exploring some of the attitudes and opinions that surround full-day and half-day kindergarten programs. I would also like to make note that the majority of research used in this paper is derived from studies conducted within the United States, and the purpose of improving education in the United States is slightly different than that in Canada.
Have a master calendar hung on the wall. Mark the dates of important family events, extracurricular activities, school holidays, class tests and major events at school on it. You can refer this calendar later to plan the day’s schedule. It will also prevent you from missing out any important events.
There are many reasons that time management is important. For example, if your unit was getting ready for deployment, you would need to be at the right place at the right the time, to receive any information you or your fellow soldiers may need to know before you leave. If you weren’t there when you were told to be then you would fall court martial under article 87 in the UCMJ, which is missing movement. Should you miss movement, you could face the possibility of being court martialed for being late or not showing up at all. People have also gone to prison for missing movement. When this happens your
