The correct use of the process helps to uncover barriers and determine effective preventive steps to avoid those barriers. Furthermore, within the communication cycle, it is essential to get regular feedback, which also helps evaluate and improve the communication process which in turn can be used as a basis to develop personal development plans, identify communication strength and weaknesses

Written communication is the design of clear concise writing, meaning the organization of the paper is structured in a clear incisive manner. Written communication helps to preserve our thoughts or feelings. We tend to use this form of writing to reminisce with others, whether it be a family member, loved one, or general audience. Being able to express those feelings through written communication allows for capturing the memory, and setting the mood of the message being conveyed.

The coach tirelessly pursues personal education, formally and informally, both in the performance related sciences and in liberal arts. He sees the journey to coaching excellence as a never ending story; seen not only in terms of a chosen sport and coaching theory and practice, but in understanding how to successfully live a balanced and full life, while facing tougher and tougher challenges in the chosen field of endeavour.

My topic is similar to yours. I have always been intrigued to examine the relationship between coach and athlete. In my experience, I have found coaches who provide positive support and are constructive with their criticism are more enjoyable to play for and give the athlete a more positive experience. Coaches that come across as condescending seem to push kids away from the game. It is important that the student-athlete has a positive experience, especially student-athletes at a young age. I feel if a student-athlete has a negative experience at the interscholastic level he or she will be less likely to stick with the sport.

In addition, however, there is other types of written communications, such as memo’s and letter’s which give more adequate information when communicating officially, these being larger in span and theme compared to memo’s. “Thus, making the shortest kind of written communication to be that of form, which may be used to collect information inside or outside the organization” (Nelson & Quick, 2017, pg. 131).

This essay describes how poorly written communication can lead to misunderstanding and a possible loss of business. Through this paper the author wants to persuade the employer to sponsor a workshop for all employees to improve their writing skills, to increase business communications and to avoid arguments through poor communication.
