Friends or Family? - Who is more important?
I believe that friends and family are the true cause of happiness. When you have friends and family, you have those who care for you. When you have them, you don’t really need anything else. When you have a family and some really good friends, you know that they will always be there for you. You know that you can always count on them, and you definitely know that you can trust them with a secret or anything personal. When you are surrounded by them, you realize that nothing in the world can ever replace them. But, what is more important to have in your life? Friends or family? Let’s be honest. Friends are not a forever thing, they are only a temporary thing. Friends argue about the most dumbest things, and can change up on you without any reason. A lot things can happen in a friendship that cause conflict in your life, which you don’t need. Many friendships are destined to come to an end, and the friend will be lost, but why? Some friends choose to keep the conflict that was bestowed before them and won’t let it go. They make it harder on themselves to let go of the past and focus on their future.you can also lose your friends by the lack of time you and also your friend have in their lives anymore. Whether it is school, work, or even their own family, time is hard to find for your friends. Friendships don't last forever even if we want to keep them! It’s sad but true, that happens everyday. You can be friends with someone
Friends come and go as you age. Some move to different places, some people move here, or they just drift away to new friend groups. You have friends from preschool until elementary school to middle school and high school. Over the years they could change, you may keep in touch or not or, they may be your best friend from preschool to now. Throughout life you're going to meet new people and new

All throughout life we have friends. Most of them will change as the years go by, but a few will remain the same. The friends that change are usually the ones who have wronged us and the friends that stay the same are the ones who are true. True friendship lasts, false friendship fades.
My three remaining values were health, family, friendship, happiness, and self-acceptance after our activity in class. During the activity, my deliberative strength made it very difficult to keep narrowing down these values in groups. I could have spent all day deciding what values I hold more deer. I thought I could handle a possible disconnect between my values and work, but activity showed that I could not. It was so difficult for me to narrow the values down because I actually do care about values.
For fifty years, the first generation of English pilgrims and Indians maintained peace with one other using a peace treaty agreement between Chief Massasoit and the Pilgrims. Thus, if either the Pilgrims or the indians went against the terms of the treaty or disrespected each other in any way, the peaceful relationship would cease. However, as the second generation of English pilgrims emerge, the terms of peace became forgotten. The breakdown of relations between the Indians and the English Pilgrims was caused by the failure of the second generation to maintain the terms of the peace treaty.
Many of us have had friendships that have not ended as well as we thought it would. Not all friendships end with happily ever afters or endless conversations over the phone. Most friendships that started when you were 5 do not last until naptime. People grow apart, change, and have
"Life without a friend is like death without a witness." -Spanish Proverb. We all have friends, different people have different tastes and temperaments and hence make different types of friends. They tend to bond with some and stay away from some. With time and growing trust, some people get really close to each other and remain true friends. They stand up for each other in times of need and provide full support when you lose confidence in yourself. However, every friend is not the same type. One might have more close friends than acquiantenaces, while others might have more acquaintenaces than close friends, but either way, majority of people that develop great friendships either fall into one of the
Family I believe that friends and family are the definitions of happiness. When you have friends and family, you don't need anything else. Just by having them by your side you know there always there for you and you can count on them. You also know you can trust them with a secret or anything personal. When your surround by them you know there's nothing in the world that can replace them. Family is an important value to me and is something that should never be taken for granted. When times get rough, and it's difficult everyone looks up to their family for love and support. A family is a place where you can be yourself and nobody judge you, instead, they love you. Family also helps you grow and make your goals in life. Therefore, my family is a fruit salad.
“People who only contact you when they need something from you are just acquaintances. Not friends”. This is a quote by Rick Warren. “Each person has a core group of about 5 friends. This expands to a bigger circle of 15, then 50, and then 150.” (“No New Friends”).A person can only have a few close friends but at the same time we can have lots of acqaintances.
It is not an easy thing to keep up friendship. As times change, so does priorities. But, still it can be well maintained, with mutual understanding, giving full in the relationship, not letting it go without any expectations. Friends and friendships define a person that is the reason, why it is said “Tell me who your friends are and I’ll tell what you are”. There are two categories of friends, real or true friends and false or fake friends. Real friends help reinforce the willpower, and are genuine, unique, and irreplaceable. They always stand by you through all phases of your life whatever the situations might be. They appreciate you truly, share matters of confidentiality, understand you completely, and accept you for what you are and as you
Today in our lives, we are surrounded by many people. Some of these people we are surrounded by are either people we do not care for, or they are the people that we cannot spend enough time with. These people we enjoy the most of, are either our family or our closest friends. You may think that friends and family are just a like, but they do differ from each other, and without either of them our life would feel incomplete.
Over the past years of my life, many things have changed, including my friends, lifestyle, religious beliefs and jobs. With everything constantly changing around me, there is one thing that has always stayed the same: my family. When I think about my most blissful moments in life, they all involve my family. My relationship with my parents, brother, husband and children is something that I learn to treasure more and more every day. There are many significant things in my life, but the most important relationship to me is family.
I remember our last goodbye, the last words exchanged, the ending of something beautiful. People you care about have big impacts on who you turn out to be. They guide you, teach you, protect you, love you, hurt you, but most importantly they are there for you. He was gone before I could even blink. And left me all alone. But family helped me through this journey and one day I hope to help others like others have helped me.
Through my experiences I have come to realize that there are basically three types of friends a person can have. There are friends that I call “sometimes” friends, these people appear to be your friend but only when you are face to face with them, and when you are not around them they act more like a foe. They are often referred to as two faced or a back stabber. These types of friends are not very reliable nor should they be trusted. Another type of friend a person can have, and the best kind, is a “true” friend. A true friend is someone you know you can always trust and rely on no matter what. The last type of friend is the “acquaintance”. These are the type of friends that you do not necessarily hate, but at the same time you do
No one can’t meet a family like mine’s. My family is well diversified. Every family member plays an important role in all my family’s lives. In my family, there are four people: my father, my mother, my little brother and me. My father is one who brings money home and is also responsible for organizing and planning family trips. My mother is the one who is in charge for making meals and makes sure everyone eats at the appropriate times. My little brother is the pet of the family. He actually doesn’t have any responsibilities, for he’s the pet. I am the rock of support in my family. I always go beyond my parents’ expectations. I also support my younger cousins and little brother, by being a role model that they can look up to. Another
