Between the different contacts that I had with Enfield council and police nothing changed for me the banging continued and as explained started to get much, much, much, worse.
I asked my mother if she could help me in emailing and or calling Enfield Council, so to get the problems addressed, as towards what was being done to me, by members of my neighbours, which my mother and I both did do on a numerous amount of different occasions, many emails got sent to them departments, I even called them by phone on top of sending emails as did my mother.
So chasing answers, I decided to submit a subject access request in to the local council, so that I could find out more information as to what was truly being addressed by them and why and also

The reason that we never went back to my own flat, like we had been doing prior, was partly because of what members of my neighbours had already started to do to me: there attack on me that is to explain, this had been since the newspaper articles had been wrongfully been published about me.
One of the times that I enjoyed with my partner was when we ended up going for a late night driving lessons together for her, so she could learn how to drive.
We done this around Alexandra Palace, so I brought her a bottle of drink and the rest did seam to happen a bit instant, however evidently, she did manage to drive on her own, by the end of the night.
Sadly we both slowly faded away from each other after this, as of the problems occurring in our lives.
Shortly after this day, I had gone to my local shops, when walking into the shop I had noticed the display chillier, which holds the alcoholic drinks in it.
On looking at this feature, I had noticed Debra picking up a large bottle of cider I knew this to be so that she could get ready to pay for it.
I also knew that she, would then come home and get drunk and understood that she would be doing this while she was attacking me, I no this was going to happen to me because it was a normal, daily, routine, of my life by this stage.
While still in the shop, I decided not to let her know that I was there and watched her for a minute or so
This got completed and
Can we get a drink?” She said “Sure.” So we stopped at the next store we seen. I got a Vanilla Dr. Pepper with extra ice, it smelled so good. We smelled the pizza in the warmer and got hungry, so we each got a slice.
In both cases there does not appear to have been a governing staff body taking a stand and putting a stop to these behaviours, and no-one reported anything to the governing body CQC (care quality commision) or social services until sygnificant harm had already come to the residents of both these care homes. If these homes had a governing member of staff to ensure all care standards are met, where was their accountability. CQC are the governing body for all health and social care settings, they set out care standards and legislations and requirements that are to be met in each setting. These requirements and standards are normally brought into place by using company policies and procedures, to protect all parties they may vary slightly, but all have to comply with the standards set out in legislations. There are a number of agencies that work together to ensure staff are vetted. The government commisioned the bichard inquiry (2002) and it looked at the way recruitment was carried out, the inquiry led to the safegaurding vulnerable groups act 2006 and the vetting and barring schemes. Which are run by the
Section 47 of the Act places a duty upon local authorities to investigate such situations whereby 'there is reasonable cause to suspect that a child is suffering or likely to suffer harm'.
The nursery promised they had done all the legal checks required by the law this was later proven to be true by the police but the damage Due to the incident involving Miss George was already done and quite a few members of society lost faith in the schools and nursery’s which in turn had a huge impact on the businesses which owned them many children were removed from them for a time until society were more confident to return their children to the nursery’s.
An Act to reform the law relating to children; to provide for local authority services for children in need and others; to amend the law with respect to children’s homes, community homes, voluntary homes and voluntary organisations; to make provision with respect to fostering, child minding and day care for young children and adoption; and for connected purposes.”
For this paper I decided to do it on www.law.cornell.edu/constitution/constitution.overview.html. I chose this one because I wanted to learn more about the constitution. I chose this website over the other ones because this one seemed the most reliable. They are a legal information institute and had access to the law since 1992. The other websites didn’t say how long they have had access t law. On this website it talks about the amendments, Articles, Preamble, Bill of Rights, the Constitution, Supreme Court, Federal Rules, etc…..
516 2.2) The actions that need to be taken is there is suspicion of a child or young person is being subjected to or alleges abuse are to follow your organisations policies and procedures which are already in place and also follow the local authority 's safeguarding protocols. Along with the policies and procedures within your setting, you must remember that any suspicion or allegations could lead on a criminal investigation so you must not do anything to jeopardise any police investigation. You must not ask any child any leading questions to attempt to investigate any allegations yourself. You must remember to keep a full record of information about the child and the allegation including names,
The following day a member from the agency contact me to discuss the referral into more detailed information on 2. The agency member informed me she would be referring the matter to the CMHT to make a further assessment.
She still had it. I was at an impasse. If I went back to her, I'd have to stay.
We were never able to start together let alone get married, even though our love was unbreakable. It made sense it wouldn't work out at the time. She needed some one like Tom, someone with the old money which is what he has. He was stable and could offer her the world and thats what she needed and I couldn't give her that… at that time. This is why I have been fighting, fighting harder then I fought in WWI, for so long. Now look at me I'm swimming in my new money, I can offer her so much more now that Tom can. I could give her the universe as well as all my love.
We contacted Heritage (CBAS) and spoke with case worker Emma. Emma informed us you came in to her office crying stating that a man had touched your breast. You felt very uncomfortable as you had a history of abuse. Emma stated they offered you other resources with in the office that you can attend but you refused as you don’t want to see the person that touch you inappropriately. Emma stated they also informed you that you can contact the police but you refuse. They also spoke to the man and told him he cannot be doing that as he can get in a lot of trouble, the man has mental issues. Emma also informed me that she advise you
There are certain procedures when reporting abuse. Within my own settings, if the staff suspects any safeguarding issues, they would reported to me (line manager) and I would contact safeguarding team and social worker. If there is a valid concern, the victim would be on a protection order and would never be left alone with abuser, or in some case could be removed from the home by the police.
Today was a great day to go outdoors and go watch movies in town, but what was inadvertent is that buying a random drink after the movies.
The relevant t\role players should be contacted these include The local welfare organisation; psychologist; Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit SAPS, Labor Relations, when employees are the alleged offenders; The complainant’s parents, The Department of Health and the Department of Social Services;
In 1963 Martin Luther King Jr. was arrested and sent to jail because he and others were protesting the treatment of blacks in Birmingham, Alabama. A court had ordered that King could not hold protests in Birmingham. Birmingham in 1963 was a hard place for blacks to live in. King was arrested by not following an unjust law. " Let me give another explanation. An unjust law is a code inflicted upon a minority which that minority had no part in enacting or creating because it did not have the unhampered right to vote. Who can say that the legislature of Alabama, which set up the segregation laws was democratically elected? Throughout the state of Alabama all types of conniving methods are used to prevent Negroes from becoming registered voters, and there are some counties without a single Negro registered to vote, despite the fact that the Negroes constitute a majority of the population. Can any law set up in such a state be considered democratically structured? These are just a few examples of unjust and just laws. There are some instances when a law is just on its face and unjust in its application. For instance, I was arrested Friday on a charge of parading without a permit. Now, there is nothing wrong with an ordinance which requires a permit for a parade, but when the ordinance is used to preserve segregation and to deny citizens the First Amendment privilege of peaceful assembly and peaceful protest, then it becomes unjust." King has always had a different take on unjust
