According to Asbhy (1999), revitalizaton defined as the change that implements in Quantum Leap, that is a big leap that is not only including gradation or incremental, but straight to the target which much different from the initial condition. In this case, revitalization on the traditional market means to reactivate the traditional market which once was vital, but experience degredation. It can be a slum traditional market with low infrastructure to modern market, or displacement to a better location. The reactivation should be in a big scale such as renovationg thoroughly to improve every aspect from the market itself.
In revitalization, there are 3 stages:
1. Physical Intervention
This aspect is where phisycal aspect needs to be renovated because it is accordance to the public interest and can effect the consumers satisfaction. Market traders feel aggrieved and afraid with rents that are not comparable with the results of their income.
