The Real Monster, victor frankenstein Mary Shelley’s narrative, Frankenstein is the story of Victor Frankenstein and his creation. “It was on a dreary night of November that I beheld the accomplishment of my toils…by the glimmer of the half-extinguished light I saw the dull yellow eye of the creature open; it breathed hard, and a convulsive motion agitated its limbs.(52)” This was the time and the place in which the creature came to life.
