1. Introduction:
The great history of Rolex started in the 1908. Rolex gained the reputation in providing specialized design and manufacturing various type of unique watches.
The success of the Rolex company was based in the professional work in manufacturing the watch and paying attention to customers desire.
In this paper, I will explore the reasons behind the success of Rolex company. So, what are the factors behind the company success?

The minute hand also has two bars; the second hand has a long single bar with a circle near the end of the bar. There is also a red hand with a triangle at the end of the bar. The logo of the watch has two parts: the above is a shape of a golden royal crown, and the bottom is the word “ROLEX” with white color and Times New Roman font. There is a Rolex logo with several words on the middle upper of the dial, two rows of words just below the center, and two words on the middle bottom. In the lower right of the watch, in front of the dark green background, there are words “OYSTER PERPERTUAL EXPLORERⅡ” with white color and Arial Unicode MS font. On the right corner, in front of the dark green background, there is a Rolex logo and its website below. On the middle bottom, there are two rows about the product official contact number and sponsoring brands.
In order to get the attention of a potential buyer, a marketer must create an image that will stir curiosity and connect to the viewer’s subconscious mind. Communications in this case, influence Bremont, through the events that have happened in both of the brothers lives, and a love for aviation to inspire the interest of making luxury wrist watches. The brothers since had a career, in restoring vintage aircraft. They were inspired, by their father’s passion of engineering and watches. These things all tied together, and the fact that the wristwatch was invented for pilots, influence the culture and background for Bremont, making wristwatches, also with airplane parts. What could be taken from this is that, aviation had influence the behavior of this business to start making wristwatches, particularly those watches made with certain airplane parts.
With regards to brand growth, the company absolutely needs to make strategic decisions to ensure that Omega becomes the world’s largest luxury watch. This would require substantial strategic decisions to be made especially related to the Omega’s product families and its associated communication strategies.
