The second branch is the Legislative the legislative branch has the Senate and the House of Representative. The last one is the Judicial, the judicial branch has the Supreme Court and the lower Courts. The ancient Roman republic has three branches. the first branch is the Senate, the senate is a group made up of 300 citizens from Rome's patrician class, the oldest and wealthiest families of Rome. the next branch is the Consul, the consul is the highest elected office.
