The three features in Microsoft PowerPoint I decided upon are Slide Layout, Slide Library, and Print a Presentation. Each provide you with help on how to layout your presentation, capability of using slides from previous presentations and how you can print out the whole presentation or just certain pages.
The Slide Layout is a setup which contains placeholders which hold the body text, titles, bulleted lists, sounds, clip art, tables, graphics, and the theme of a slide which are fonts, colors, backgrounds and their effects. A Slide Layout is basically where you layout how and what will be included in your PowerPoint presentation. In PowerPoint there are built-in slide layouts which can be changed if you do not find the right one to fit

You can add a Placeholder by clicking Insert Placeholder then select a type of placeholder in the list to use. Rearranging the order of placeholders by clicking on the edge then you should see a four headed arrow then drag the placeholder to where you need it to be. If you want to delete a placeholder click on it to select it then press Delete command on your keyboard. You can use Insert Layout to add a new layout or you can rename a layout by right clicking your mouse on the one you want to rename then click Rename and enter new name.
The Slide Library access can be accessed by anybody in your company whom you give permission to do so. Setting up a Slide Library saves employees time because they share the slides instead of starting from scratch. When slides are saved in the Slide Library the program lets you know there has been an update to the slide and you can decide to accept the new updates or use the older version. Files are time stamped and logged the employee’s name and when the file is returned the system shows who and when it was returned. To publish slides to a Slide Library you first create the Slide Library on a SharePoint 2010 server or a place to particular place where you want to store the slides. Open the presentation where the slides you want to store in the Slide Library are located. On the File tab click on Share then a list of options for sending and savings presentations will appear then click on Publish Slides in the
In my Powerpoint display I am creating an easy to follow guide for the CNWL and BCS App-a-thon. This display consists of ten slides. Each slide gives information about the event and what to expect on the day. For example No.1.Outline slide is about the underlying contents of the event 2.Introduction slide is basically saying what the event is all about 3.What is a mobile app slide, states the mobile app and its uses.4.What is an Android
A variety of communication media can be considered when planning to produce a presentation, for example verbal communication and written communication, each type of communication media has its advantages and limitations. When developing my presentation I decided to use both verbal and written communication, although both communication methods were used I had to ensure that they were used in the correct quantities. To keep my presentation engaging I tried to use as much visual representation as possible limiting the amount of text per slide. I chose to use PowerPoint because of its combination of written and verbal communication (not to mention the cost effectiveness of choosing PowerPoint and simplistic interface); the written aspects included the text on the slides, screenshots and images. The screenshots proved particularly useful as they was of the actual database used in the daily running of the Apprenticeships Store, once paired with the demonstration of inputting data into the database it ensured greater understanding due to more practical learning as opposed to theoretical learning. More detail was provided in my handouts ensuring I didn’t give too much information at once and this allowed the audience to document any supplementary information I said during the presentation, by speaking and interpreting what was on the slides ensured the presentation remained fluid and
you will need to prepare a set of slides and presentation notes (speaker notes with details that you will give during the presentation).
Which Word feature allows you to see formats, fonts, and styles before you apply them? (Unit 4)
A slideshow or power point presentation can create a visual representation for teaching about similarities and differences between adjectives used to describe people. Or showing pictures of characters in a novel will help the students put an image to a written discretion that may not have been able to create with word only. This can also be used for other aspect within a novel like a setting, plot, themes, and symbols to meet the language objectives and the core content objectives.
At least 4 examples of inserting objects (this must include the two image files fruit_image and veg_image, a chart, a table and a Clip Art sound clip.)
Review the PowerPoint presentation ("Program Evaluation--BPHI") for an example of a completed program design. Based on your review of the presentation and Chapter 2 of the textbook, discuss at least five different important program characteristics that must be considered when designing a program evaluation.
2) For this follow up, I will start by changing the page size configuration and the limits for writing on power point, also some previous configuration of the program like the margins, spaces between texts, etc.

* Format the PowerPoint presentation with headings on each slide and three to four (3-4) relevant graphics (photographs, graphs, clip art, etc.), ensuring that the presentation is visually appealing and readable from 18 feet away. Check with your professor for any additional instructions.

A PowerPoint presentation is a form of a slide show that can be of much benefit to the aging population because this feature can help with memory and cognition. An elderly individual can fail to recognize simple daily tasks, which is brought on by age cognition disability. Presentations for the aging population are helpful, as some of the pictures illustrated can remind an elderly individual on how to complete a simple task such as sweeping, cooking, and so forth.
I do various presentations throughout the organization and within my department, so PowerPoint comes in handy. I use excel for planning purposes, to store data, uncover trends, etc.
Putting power point together- I dont know what your use doing or want to do. Last class we turned in our information on a word document to a person on the team. She than cut and pasted each of our information with correct references and pictures if there were any to the slides and cleaned it up and organized it.
