A physical journey involves both a beginning and ending. The beginning and ending is not what is important, in fact the journey itself is important. Physical journeys involve movement to new places whilst incurring obstacles. A physical journey has many opportunities for its travellers, these allow for physical, environmental and intellectual growth as they learn about themselves whilst overcoming challenges and learning about the world around. Attending sign language lessons has taught me how important (and fun) it can be to communicate with those who experience the world in a different way to you.

Physical wellness means ability to recognize the benefits of physical activities and adopting healthy habits such as routine check-ups of vital signs, a balanced diet and exercise while avoiding the use of tobacco, drugs and excessive use of alcohol. Physical wellness should be important to everyone, some people however do not take their lives seriously and then when it time to become

My first field experience was with elementary aged students, it was an eye opening experience that made me realize that perhaps I would be more suited for secondary age students.
