What do we mean when we refer to a criminal act to be transnational? Well, transnational crime is a criminal act that extent national borders, therefore, violating the laws of more than one country. These are the elements that apply for a criminal act to be considering transnational. These elements are as follow, it is committed in more than one country, and it is committed in one country but a portion of its planning takes place in another country. It is committed in one country but contains an organized criminal group that engages in criminal acts in more than one country. Finally, it is committed in one country but has strong effects in another country. Human trafficking is a huge issue for the society and law enforcement as a whole. It is a major issue because human trafficking involves victimization, abuse, and gives birth to criminal conduct. The criminal conduct can be a result of the offenders being abusive or the victim just becomes transformed from being victims to criminals because of being constantly abused by the offenders. Humane trafficking is the process of transferring an individual by threat, force, abduction, also the position of those individuals should be vulnerable and could be giving/receiving money, fraud and/or deception and the purpose of exploitation. There are three elements that apply for human trafficking, instead of smuggling. These elements include criminal acts, actions taken to commit criminal acts and ambitions. Criminal acts such as,
