According to question three, Tuckman claims there 4 stages all groups go through, and the Carl Hayden robotics team is no exception. The first stage is forming. The group formed for many different reasons, a few including, Dr. Cameron was drawn into the group via attraction to group goals. Oscar needed someone to sponsor the group who had experience in engineering. Oscar successfully recruited Christian through interpersonal attraction. Luiz joined simply for the fact of fun. Lorenzo joined for the most unique reason, because he had to. His forming story falls under the “miscellaneous” needs as he was simply trying to clean his record.
Second is the storming stage which is characterized by the initial tensions depicted in a scene at the actual competition, where water leaks into the battery. At this point in the movie the group has been long formed, there has been plenty of tension, yet in this instance there is immediate blame on one member, Lorenzo. While Lorenzo wanted to give up, Oscar fought to try and fix the solution, while Dr. Cameron was actually the definite problem solver.

While the group was attempting to figure out where each member fit in on the team, while not actually wanting to be there, it was established that at this point they had no chance but to keep moving forward. It was expected that each member do their jobs, and do them well. Oscar was established as somewhat of the leader, Lorenzo the lynch pin, and so on.
Finally, the performing stage is defined as the group’s output. In the case of the movie this stage is obviously depicted in the competition, and the award ceremony as they won first
In the performing stage group members have become aware of the others members' needs. The root of their issues is addressed and the work of solving their problems begins. Performing stage is the stage where you can see group cohesion at its best. Towards the end of the movie Claire gives Allison a makeover. This is a point where the mask of weirdness and rebelliousness has been wiped away, and Allison’s true beauty is noticed by everyone, especially herself.
The next time the group met they were in the storming stage (Tuckman 1965). This stage is where any conflict happens, the group member explore their roles within the group. Within this stage there can often be a struggle for power, status and control. Even though conflict

Theatre is a collaboration of various forms of fine art which utilizes live performances presenting before the audience on a stage at a specific place within a scheduled time (Dugdale 10). The message is communicated through a combination of various channels like songs, speech gestures or dances. Stagecraft skills are combined with elements of art to make the performance more physical and near to real life experience. Theatre is categorized broadly into drama, musical theatre, comedy, tragedy and improvisation. Any form of these accepts integration of various production modes and collective reception to influence the artwork being presented. As a result of this cooperation of items in the theatre
Pre-offense information related to this case includes the relationship the victims had with the offender. If the offender was Brent Smith as is believed then Tracy Smith’s relationship to the offender is that she was Brent Smith’s soon to be ex-wife and the mother of his two children Reagan and Eion. Keeping with the suspected offender Brent Smith, Karen Green’s relationship with the offender was through Tracy’s relationship with him as Karen was Tracy’s former mother-in-law. Karen Green also cared for Tracy and Brent’s children while Tracy was at work as they were living with Karen during the time of the offense. Victim selection occurred based on the interactions the victims had with the offender.
I am the Plaintiff in the above-captioned action, and am fully familiar with the facts concerning this matter. I respectfully submit this Affidavit in support of Plaintiff’s Motion For Continuation for Restraining Order.
Another case that is quite similar to the above case is Kamloops v. Neilson. Mr Hughes, jr. wanted to build a house on a hillside for this father to retiree in. He submitted his plans to the city and they were approved subject to the footings being taken down to solid bearing, and a building permit was issued. Mr Hughes did not take the footings down to solid bearing; instead he set the foundations on piles, which were set into loose filllings. On December 18 the city inspector arrived and realized the foundations were not in line with the plans but he was unable to check if it was adequate to support the building because the concrete had been poured. The inspector followed up with two more inspection on December 23 and January 2, after these
Having knowledge and involvement in both the acting and the technical aspects of theater, I expected the production to deliver a qualitative performance that gave its audience the full experience. This experience is achieved by the elements of theater such as acting, lights, sounds, props, costume and set design
In the words of Gay McAuley, “for an activity to be regarded as a performance, it must involve the live presence of the performers and those witnessing it…” (McAuley, 2009, cited in Schechner, 2013, pp.38). This statement recognises the importance of both the actor and the audience for something to truly function as a performance. In addition, Lloyd Llewellyn-Jones highlights the significance of the theatrical space and how it can influence an audience stating that “on entering a theatre of any kind, a spectator walks into a specific space, one that is designed to produce a certain reaction or series of responses” (Llewellyn-Jones, 2002, pp.3). The relationship between actor, audience and theatrical space is no less important today than it was at the time of theatre during the Spanish Golden Age and the creation of Commedia dell’arte in Italy. Despite being very close geographically with theatre thriving for both in the same era, sources that explore the social, cultural and historical context of these countries and the theatre styles will bring to light the similarities and differences. This essay will analyse the staging, the behaviour of the audience as well as the challenges the actors faced, and how this directly influenced the relationship between actor, audience and theatrical space.
Both teams in the film progress through the four stages of group development; forming, norming, storming and performing; however, not much emphasis is placed on the initial forming stage. In the beginning of the film during a party celebrating the first successful moon landing of Apollo 11, Lovell, Haise and Mattingly appear to have a working/social relationship as they have already been slated as the team to fly the future Apollo 14 mission. It is inferred that these men have previously been through the forming stage as the film does not depict a formal introduction of the team members to each other.

“…anointing winners and losers on the basis of 12 months’ worth of performance is silly in the context of portfolios that are being managed with incredibly long time horizons.” — David F. Swensen, Chief Investment Officer, Yale University1
The front stage is the area where the performers are in front of an audience. The individual’s performance defines the situation (Goffman,1959, p.13). Majority of our time is spent in the position of front stage where we enact our roles. (Goffman,1959, p.14). Almost any place where we are in the presence of others we are in the position of front stage. The back stage is where individuals can be themselves without having to take on a specific role.(Goffman,1959, p.14) This is also a place where one can arrange themselves for the front stage. Off stage is when one is no longer performing and specific performances may be given to explicit audiences.
The world of Theatre allows people from all around the world an outlet to express themselves and convey a message or tell a story. The question as to what the ideal theatre performance would be from an audience’s perspective ultimately depends on many different factors; including age, culture, traditions, preferences etc. However, for me personally as a member of the audience I would want to see several different elements incorporated into the show and ultimately I would want a clear concreate story line to follow.
