INTRODUCTION
Grainne’s Hair Salon at O’Cahan’s place Dungiven. The salon is situated on the outskirts of the town area however in a private residential area, within walking distance from the town’s amenities. AIMS:
The researcher will be conducting research in relation to Organic hair colours and L’Oreal INOA hair colours used within hairdressing salon’s comparing and contrasting both brands. The Researcher will collect information relating to this topic by using a primary source in the form of a questionnaire, thus acquiring qualitative data, and quantitative data collating all information necessary to complete this research project.
OBJECTIVES:
In recent years Organic colours have grown in popularity therefore in conjunction with this assignment I will be researching these products and therefore be more educated and knowledgeable when informing clients wishing to use these products and services. The Organic Color system per L’Oreal’s INOA are central to my research assignment. Clients depend on their hairdresser to advise and provide variety within our services but can be unwilling to change unless we can give detailed information on the benefits and features of products and services. During this assignment the researcher will research individually both products gaining essential knowledge and development within each colouring brands.
METHODOLOGY: The methodology used will be my questionnaire; this will be shown in contrast within results analysis in the form of pictorial results and statistical evidence.

Eighth Grade. The year I wanted to try something new. I was getting tired of my boring middle school day, and I didn’t feel like I was being challenged enough. I looked for online schools that could work, and found Boulder Universal. Through more research, I learned that I could do a hybrid schedule. This meant that I would do some classes online, and some classes at my middle school, Broomfield Heights. To my surprise, after some consideration, my parents said yes! This is my experience.
There is an issue here in the U.S to most people. You may or may not be having this issue and you may or may not agree with this issue. But, there is a problem with school times. Some students are going to school too early, and this can lead to some issues. Students will have worse health and have worse academics if school times are early in the morning.

During my observations in the different classrooms at “The childcare Center”, I learned about the proper environment, the fundamentals of the teachers lesson plans, their health and safety regulations, their approach to guidance and discipline, and overall quality childcare. The center has eight different levels of age groups; each of them has their own curriculum based on their age and developmental needs. This curriculum changes and has a new theme each month that helps the lead teachers to be able to start their lesson plans each week. From infants all the way to pre-K the lesson plans include fine motor, gross motor, art and sensory, math and manipulatives, music and movement, language including both signing and Spanish.
