Over the past century it has become more and more popular to be the picture of health. With the rise in popularity of weight ideas and processed food has become harder to maintain these beauty standards. Many people have created diets to help with this challenge. One of these diets is the vegan diet. It consists of fruits vegetables grains in any other foods that do not contain meat poultry fish or any other food produced from animals. it is important to recognize . that veganism is not just a diet for many people it is a lifestyle to promote a more humane world.
