I will start by introducing the project that I decided to do for 5s assignment. The 5s project which it is a method that many companies use to organize their workplace to make it more effective and useful for their employees. For example, at my work we already have 5s implemented and it is working great so far. It is easy to identify tools that we the employees need in the daily basis and we all collaborate to keep it sustainable. However, since at my work we are pretty good on this project and there are not more areas where I can take the opportunity to implement 5s I decided to do 5s to my storage house.

Project B: The work of this project has not likely been done before by anyone. You are breaking technological barriers in this project. As such, it is imperative you get accurate cost estimates.

There are many different types of animals that work for us. There are three types of service animals that help the disabled. Guide animals assist the blind, hearing animals signal the deaf, and there are many other animals that help persons with other disabilities. Another way that animals work for us is by providing emotional support to those with mental health issues. These animals are usually prescribed by a doctor and they are called emotional support animals. One last way that we can see an animal working is in the military. There are many military working dogs that serve to protect us just as a
While looking over my answers on the “Multiple Intelligence Scoring Sheet”, I’ve noticed that I only have “strong abilities” in the musical category. However, I also have abilities in interpersonal and intrapersonal as well. I honestly do agree on with Howard Gardner’s Theory and his descriptions because each category is written with logical meanings. After reviewing the types of roles that I was put in; the three listed are actually perfect for me, and the others don’t quite correlate with me personally, except spatial-visual.
This week I read from pages 195-247. Sammy is taken into an examination room to have a chip put in him. When they are putting the chip in sammy he has a flashback to over the summer. He sees cassie spraying the hose trying to make a rainbow. Then sammy is moved to a training camp. He is assigned a squad with other of the kids. The kids range from 5 years old to 16 years old. At this camp they are training them so they can survive on their own. They are each given a nickname that represent them. For example, the 5 year old is called nugget because of his size. Then one of their squad members dies and has to be replaced. He is replaced by a girl who is a very good soldier. They were impressed on how accurate her shot were at the shooting range.

o How long the job will take is a big factor in what the project will cost.
Initial projections show that the current schedule will take 50 weeks to finish with a final budget estimate of $3.152 million. Although the project estimate comes in under budget, the time frame for completion extends beyond the acceptable 45
Project management is to forecast and track costs to avoid cost overruns. Poor management leads to rising cost. Effective project management identifies such possible sources of cost overruns early and mitigates their effect. This paper explains the underlying causes of project cost overruns and provides some cost estimating methods used to avoid the overruns in the project.
From this it is advised to consider a new estimate of 118 days. Using the normal distribution function in Excel the probability of the project being achieved in 2 standard deviations from the mean for both the normal and alternative PERT durations is 97.7%.
1.3 Using the information below, plot out a full project Gantt chart and identify the critical path? How many days does it take to complete the project? What are the benefits of using a Gantt chart?
