I'm really good at helping people on Khan Academy because sometimes some of my classmates need help on something I know how to do so I help them know how to do it. I'm also good at talking to people when people need someone to talk to. Something I can do really well is using my phone. I have been told that one of my strengths is doing the splits but I'm not sure because I really can go all the way down to do and do them right. I can help other people with their work, problems, and help them achieve their goals. I am not so good at really achieving my goal because sometimes I give up when it gets to hard. I also don't think I'm good at getting good grades because so far Iv'e gotten not so good grades, which is not good. One of my weaknesses
Initially, my strengths as an interviewer would stem from my early passion for listening to others in their times of need. I learned through my personal experience with my peers and family that it was they that had the answer to their issues but often needed to talk about their issues to a willing participant to find it. I found that others did not want advice more as they wanted guidance to come to a conclusion they felt comfortable with to hand at that time. Furthermore, with my diverse cultural and socioeconomic background, I was able to experience many different individuals in their unique circumstances. I was able ti understand that diverse individuals were often above their assigned stereotypes and were simply a part of the human condition to which we all subscribe. Lastly, I would attribute my strengths as an interviewer to my past employment experiences. With positions in both the health care and social work, I has much practice with interviewing with a wide range of clients. I was set in formal settings were I was to have individual or group sessions with individuals to discuss issues of personal health or wellbeing. I am confident that my learned skills will carry over and provide an advantage in the field of counseling.

• Positivity: Positivity is for someone who is upbeat and positive, which tends to rub off on others.
Trying to decide what your personal strengths are, is hard. For myself, I have grown in my strengths, and I’ve experienced my weaknesses. My personal strengths consist of: positivity, encouragement, laughter, and love. I pick these four because I feel that I am truly strongest in these aspects of my life. Being positive is a big factor in everything I do. I always want to be happy and joyful; not only to display Christ in me, but to make others feel the way I do. I want others to appreciate life and to feel any kind of uplift in his or her spirt. Positivity plays into encouragement. I make it my goal to make others feel better about themselves. My goal coming into college was to learn and know every person(s) name that I got the chance to meet. Just taking a few minutes out of your day to truly get to know someone, is such a blessing. It not only blesses me in new friendships, but it also blesses others because they feel that someone genuinely cares about them. Laughter is another characteristic I strive to pour out onto others. I laugh at practically everything. I love to laugh, and I love to make people laugh. I’ve learned the importance of laughter, and I just want to make one person smile every day. Love is my last of the four attributes. Love is so important to me. I love creation (Trees, birds, squirrels), God, and I love people. I just want the love that God has given me, to pour out onto others. I want others to know that I love them. These are my personal strengths

In situations when I have worked in a group setting, I have been told that one of my strengths is taking in, processing multiple ideas and information. According to the results of the Brief Strengths Test, one of my top strengths is Gratitude. I believe that The definition of gratitude is more profound than just saying the word "thank you", as it is ability to convey to people that you appreciate them and what they do for you. A time in my life when I demonstrated gratitude was a few months ago, as I was preparing to move from my home town of Yoqne’am to Herzeliyya, to begin my college studies. My parents were a crucial part in this transition as they reassured me constantly, stressing their faith in my abilities and showing unconditional love and support. Naturally, since my parents are concerned, their support might have seemed obvious and gone unnoticed, but I made certain to realize my
When looking at my life for this assignment, I have realized I have not been in a formal leadership position. I hope to one day manage my own physical therapy clinic, but as we have talked about in class, I hope to lead my colleagues as well. Each person has his or her own way of leading, and I hope that I can take what I have learned from this self-assessment and translate it to the workplace. Throughout this interview that was conducted with my brother I learned a lot of things about myself that I never knew before, which will certainly help me in the future when I will be applying for work or volunteer positions.
