This will help start the Amazonian cuisine for many South American cultures. In Brasil, Chef Alex Atala’s is heavily influenced by his discoveries during his trips to the Amazon. He would change the style of the Brasil cuisine by using the ingredients he found by putting the ingredients to the test. The majority of his inspiration is rooted in Brasil’s majestic rainforest and all 26 states of Brasil. Chef Virgilio Martinez would explore his homeland of Peru for exotic ingredients. He wanted to focus on resources of Peru ecosystem. This will be a once in a lifetime experience for his guest and that will make it a symbol for Peru.
