Introduction
What is the Holy Spirit? Some believers would say it is a part of the Trinity, others would say that it is a gut feeling that convicts a person of doing wrong. Some scholars would try to describe the Spirit as if it was a person of a physical being. There are assumptions that the Holy Spirit became present after Jesus’s Crucifixion or that there is no purpose for the Spirit. In referring back to my notes during class and in small group discussion. I will be addressing the proposed questions and explaining what I have learn throughout the semester by intertwining scripture and life experiences in interacting with the Holy Spirit. To be specific I will define what is the Holy Spirit, its activities, and how it pertains to other people’s lives.

Who is the Holy Spirit?
The Holy Spirit is a difficult being to describe, for it is not just one thing. However, there are glimpses from the Bible that can help explain what it may be. To begin there is the Trinity, God Head, or the Three-in-One. It is made up of Father (God), the Son (Jesus), and Holy Spirt. For instance, the Bible states in 1 Corinthians 8:6 “yet for us there is but one God, the Father, from whom all things came and for whom we live; and there is but one Lord, Jesus Christ, through whom all things came and through whom we live (NIV)” (Larry and Sue Richards). Or on John 14:26 “But the Advocate, the Holy Spirit, whom the Father will send in my name, will teach you all things and will remind you of
