Romeo and Juliet is anything but a true love story. The author of Romeo and Juliet is William Shakespeare. The main genre is tragedy and I think this genre fits it well. The first real name of the story was Romeo and Juliet A True Love Story. Although Romeo and Juliet commited suicide, it is Friar Lawrence's fault. Friar Lawrence is in fault fault for Romeo and Juliet's death. People might think different because suicide is your choice. Romeo didn't get the note with the plan. Since Romeo didn't get the note he didn't know what was going on and thought Juliet was actually dead. So, he went into depression and decided to kill himself; if he knew the plan he would have never killed himself. There is one main person at fault with the help of another.
As the old saying goes, young love is blind. Romeo and Juliet is a play written by William Shakespeare, two star-crossed lovers defying their families’ ancient grudge to be with each other, even if that means in death. The question is who is to blame? Romeo, even in death should be held responsible. If it weren’t for his series of misguided actions the outcome would have been very different. The situations he created for himself showed his fickle nature, impulsive behavior and impatient demeanor towards everything that occurred.
Friar Lawrence is the one to blame for Romeo and Juliet's deaths because he fell upon several faults that he should not have encouraged. Some things Friar Lawrence did that was not good is providing the poison and sleeping potion to Juliet so
There are tragedies everywhere and everytime, with these tragedies you have to blame someone or something for it. In Romeo and Juliet by William Shakespeare they’d blame fate instead of themselves because they could have been responsible for the disaster they caused. Romeo was to blame for the misfortune in the city of verona. Romeo’s responsible for his hastiness, responsible for the deaths that happened in under 3 days and Convincing Friar Lawrence to get Romeo and Juliet.
To conclude, many people can be blamed for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet. The main ones, in opinion, are Romeo and Juliet, themselves, and Friar Lawrence. Romeo and Juliet are obvious ones to blame. This is because they are the ones that thought they were in love. They are also the ones that killed themselves. It was their decision to die, so it is their fault. Friar Lawrence only played a part because they trusted him and he had a cause, so he also contributed to the tragedy when he could have stopped
In ¨The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet¨,there seems to be the question of who seems most responsible for the deaths in Romeo and Juliet? I’ve come to the idea that it is the prince, Escalus who caused or atleast could’ve stopped these deaths from ever starting to unfold. He was so anonymous of every problem happening and never took charge of the situation until it concluded. He had to ask of benvolio”who began this bloody fray” when Mercutio and Tybalt were dead. He never had men prepared of any casualties that could happen or any men on patrol so no fight broke out in the first place.
Who is to Blame? “The fault, dear Brutus, is not in the stars/ But in ourselves, that we are underlinings” (Cassius Act 1, Sc 2, 140-141). The play, Romeo and Juliet, by playwright William Shakespeare implies that the death of Romeo and Juliet is caused by fate; however fate is not the killer.
“For never was a story of more woe than this of Juliet and her Romeo.” The tragic love story of Romeo and Juliet sets in fair Verona, Italy. It follows two young star-crossed lovers whose deaths ultimately reconcile their feuding families. In William Shakespeare’s tragedy, Romeo and Juliet, Shakespeare reveals that the pair of star-crossed lovers were destined to fail through the many different events in the play such as the feud between the Montagues and Capulets, the death of Tybalt and the mimicry of Juliet’s death.
To blame someone means you accuse someone for an action that occurred and assign responsibility for a fault or wrong that happened. In some cases, who to blame is a simple answer. In other cases, it is extremely difficult to hold someone accountable, when in fact there are multiple people who are at fault. In the case of Romeo and Juliet, countless people add to the tragedy that grew throughout the story. Although, the main person who is at fault for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet, is Friar Lawrence.
What is blame? Blame is assigned responsibility for fault or wrong. People resort to blame because instead of taking responsibility for their actions you find someone and find reasons as to which they are worst or why they should have the blame because you do not want all the shame on yourself and you do not want to feel guilty and have shame. People blame each other because they cannot expect the fact that they have failed at something. People also blame others because of habit.
Almost every tragedy has someone to blame. in the story Romeo and Juliet, Romeo kills himself because friar laurence and, friar john didn’t deliver his note in time, so romeo poisoned himself because the note with the information on it didnt get to him.
In Shakespeare’s Romeo and Juliet, death is a frequent subject. Whether it’s Romeo comparing “light and dark” or Juliet threatening to kill herself, death is always the topic of conversation. At the conclusion of the story, Romeo and Juliet tragically die. This brings up a drastic question: who is to blame for the deaths of Romeo and Juliet? Based off of textual evidence, the feuding families are to blame as everything happened because they were fighting in the first place.
Parents today, are an important to influence on their children. It’s their job to teach them from right to wrong. In the tragic play Romeo and juliet by William shakespeare , two star lovers fall in love despite the their feuding families. Through all of this. The montagues and the capulets are the ones to blame for the deaths of their children.
In different scenarios where things go don't go as planned, we often blame others for what goes wrong because we don’t want the blame on ourselves. Sometimes our actions we might blame on others as well. In The Tragedy of Romeo and Juliet, the one to blame for everything going wrong is Romeo. With all of his poor decisions, he created a domino effect of bad things that were going to unfold during the rest of the play. In almost all the bad situations in the play, Romeo was there. The person to blame for the bad situations that unfolded during the play would be Romeo.
Some things in Shakespeare’s “Romeo And Juliet” can be attributed to stars, however most of the play’s problems are caused by the inane actions of the characters. Romeo would have been perfectly fine had he not interfered in Mercutio and Tybalt’s fight. In retrospect, had Mercutio just went home the entire conflict of this tragic story would have turned out much differently. The moral of the story? Listen to dear Benvolio. Some things can be attributed to stars such as Romeo taking his own life moments before Juliet awoke from her unnatural death nap, but these unfortunate events could have been avoided if people had just thought rationally before acting. This is the true tragedy of the play.
n Romeo and Juliet, a shakespearean tragedy, many people pass. Both Montagues and Capulets fight over a long standing family feud that has no bearing on them today. Both families enable the fight, and the blame must be handed down. While the whole situation was much bigger than any one character in the play, there are many many characters who all played a part in their own way: Tybalt, Romeo, Juliet, Mercutio, Paris, The Prince, Friar Lawrence, the nurse, Lady Montague, Lady Capulet, Lord Montague, and Lord Capulet. The whole situation really was Romeo and Juliets fault, but because they are both dead, the punishment must be handed down to those who are at fault. While it was much more and much bigger than any of the characters in the play, the two that deserve the most blame are the two family heads.
