According to Moss (2005, para. 1), “Plagiarism - the attempt to pass off the ideas, research, theories or words of others as one's own - is a serious academic offence.” With the definition Moss gave, it can be inferred that plagiarism is not only committed in arts and literature but also in the field of science and politics. Even the educated class of the society can or may plagiarize.
