My Physical Condition Why is it important for me to know my physical condition? It is important to know because I need to be able to know what kind of exercises I should be doing. Not only do I need to know what activities I should be doing, but also how much strain I should exert on my body. If I am in poor physical condition, I need to work up slowly to appropriate levels of fitness. I am in excellent physical condition. I am healthy, I have very good eating habits, and I am fairly in shape. My physical activity needs a little help to increase the level of strain that I can put on my body, but overall my physical condition is grand.
