Mental, Emotional and Behavioral Health
“Researchers now know that the prevention of mental, emotional and behavioral (MEB) disorders is inherently interdisciplinary and draws on a variety of different strategies.” (Nemours, 2013).
In a 2013 Child and Adolescent Community Needs Assessment commissioned by Nemours Children’s Hospital concluded that there were several significant MEB concerns that were pervasive throughout the region, which included New Castle County Delaware. These concerns included:

Delaware is a well known state for a whole lot of beach, 350 miles of shoreline. In addition, if you are a tax free person Delaware is the place for you, the price you see on a tag is guaranteed to be the exact same price you have to pay. Also, Delaware State is so small you have to use a microscope to look at it on a map, so if you’re not the kind of person to be around a bunch of people Delaware is just the state for you.

In addition, I also plan to get the opinions my colleagues regarding the positives and negatives of the program with a survey at the end of my research. I hope to use the results of this survey to look at and determine the skills and resources that are thought to be essential to the success of the programs implementation.
Refer as needed to the material in Chapters 12 and 13 of the textbook. Keep the following tips in mind as you research data, as well as organize, analyze, interpret, and illustrate these data:
Develop questions you would like to address based on the data you retrieved? (Note you do not have to answer these questions for this assignment.) What juvenile delinquency programs or initiatives are available to potentially address the crime or criminal justice issue?
Develop a sampling plan, an appropriate set of hypotheses, and an inferential statistical procedure to test them. You do not need to collect any data on this issue, but you will discuss what a significant statistical test would mean and how you would relate this result to the real-world issue you identified. Your paper should be three to five pages in length (excluding the cover and reference pages). In addition to the text, utilize at least three sources to support your points. No abstract is required. Use the following research plan format to structure the paper:
INSTRUCTIONS: All questions apply to this case study. Your responses should be brief and to the point. When asked to provide several answers, list them in order of priority or significance. Do notassume information that is not provided. Please print or write clearly. If your response is not legible, it will be marked as is and you will need to rewrite it.

The information used in this report was gained from several different sources. For example, I have used information from my P4 survey, as well as my P3, M2 presentation and my M1 table of various data collection methods.
The Finger Lakes Organization for Wellness, Education, and Recovery (FLOWER) is poised to initiate a new and exciting Partnership to support the objectives of New York’s Delivery System Reform Incentive Payment (DSRIP) and Finger Lakes Performing Provider System (FLPPS). Mental health and substance use disorder prevention is a priority area of the New York State Prevention Agenda for DSRIP. The mental, emotional, and behavioral (MEB) health promotion and disorders prevention is a relatively new field, requiring a paradigm shift in approach and perspective.
Having to decide on a major and college is one of the most challenging decisions. I have explored many universities in my area and West chester seems to be the best fit for me. Growing up in a Catholic grade school and high school has made me want to seek other places with more diversity and activities of which I might take part. West chester is able to fulfill my personal needs and give me the best opportunity for a nursing career and much more.
