What makes me unique is that I am not afraid of failure. When I set a goal I do not focus on whether I might or might not be successful; I concentrate on doing my best and putting all of my effort into the task. What separates me from others is the adversity I’ve been through, my diverse skills, leadership abilities, my contribution to the community, and my work ethic.
In my report I am going to demonstrate my understanding of two job roles and how they differ from each other. The first career I would certainly consider doing, the other I am sure I don’t want to do, both careers fall into two sectors both statutory and independent (private). I have chosen to research nursing for the mentally disabled because it is something that I would really contemplate doing as my life long career as I would love to work along with the less fortunate people. The second job I have chosen to look into is key stage one primary school teaching, I chose this because I don’t particularly think that I would like to do it, but I would enjoy to know more about it before ruling this profession

However our uniqueness originates from our life experiences and these events we experience drive us towards certain characteristics that mark who we are. No matter how unique you may feel there is likely someone else in the world who has gone through similar situations.

I think what makes me unique is my ability to let go of certain situations easily. For example, if I do not do as well as I would have liked to on a test, I may be frustrated with myself for a little bit but I am usually able to move on from that and focus on what I need to do so that I can improve on the next test. I do not like to dwell on negative things and strive to find the positive in any situation I am involved in.
The varied workforce often has difficulty with interdisciplinary collaboration regarding projects. Project management is successful in other industries; therefore, it is a reasonable assumption that it will work in healthcare; however, due to the healthcare professional’s difficulty with project management concepts, introducing project management into a healthcare organization provides some challenges.
