A Summary of “The Stages of Teaming” by Alberto Ayala Introduction The text-book “Technical Communication Today” by Richard Johnson-Sheehan (2011) examines Dr. Bruce Tuckman’s Four Stages of Teaming. The text-book lists the four stages of teaming and describes each in detail. Johnson-Sheehan (2011) used Dr. Tuckman’s model to provide the reader of the text-book information on proper teaming strategies.
