Organizational diagnosis is necessary in this rapidly changing world so that organizations do not miss out on opportunities and threats. Everything needs to be planned, and accordingly goals need to be set and achieved. There are many ways of diagnosing an organization, several of which will be discussed below. Bolman and Deal (2008) claim means that the change organizations have experienced in the last decade are almost similar to those they experience in at the end of the twentieth century.

Organisational Behaviour (OB) is the study of human behaviour in an organisation. It is a multidisciplinary field devoted to the understanding individual and group behaviour, interpersonal processes and organisational dynamics. OB is important to all management functions, roles and skills. Since organisations are built up levels - individual, group and an organizational system as a whole, it is important for managers to understand human behaviour in order to meet the organizations overall goals. An effective diagnosis will help to develop the relationship between all parties whereas together they can work toward the development of the necessary actions steps.
