Additionally, a strong corporate culture is directly tied to worker satisfaction, retention, creativity, and even customer service. Feeling like you belong and that you are respected goes a long way. As a whole, the company and its employees have a strong relationship and will overall be successful. Corporate culture is absolutely something I’ve considered while job searching. It is what led me to my current job. I knew the company’s core values and how they care about their employees. Those are some of the most important things when you work for a company. As an employee you want to know that your opinions matter, that you can have an open line of communication, and that your efforts and contributions are recognized.
