Step 1

The print sheet shows the 3D perspective of the part BACK CAP generally used in TIG Welding. It is used in performing welding in restrictive areas due to its physical size. It have an extremely high thermal resistance to avoid any weld discontinuities.

Step 2

Threaded features or profile provides clamping force which restricts or controls the motion of the system. As observed from the print sheet that there is only one threaded feature or profile in the diagram which in actual use will clamp with the TIG torch.

Therefore the answer of question 10 is that there is only one threaded feature in the diagram. The thread is unified national extra fine (UNEF) type of profile which are considered as the finest thread in the class and have standard fit.
