Equilibrium constant for any reaction at equilibrium is the ratio of product of concentrations of product side to product of concentration at reactant side raised to power of molecules in which react.

For the given reaction, 

N2(g) + O2(g) 2NO(g)

Value of K = [NO]2 / [N2]*[O2]

As we know K is a ratio of 2 similar quantities, therefore it is a unitless quantity.
