In my view, I would have to say that human beings only have moral agency and moral obligations in the vast majority. With the vast majority of corporations today, I hear many more negative situations with them versus positive experiences that employees have. I have worked various jobs as well, and I have had many more negative experiences versus good experiences with corporations. I oftentimes see corporations mainly worried about profits and profits alone, which leaves the proper treatment of the employees to the sideline. The best example I see in today's world would be Amazon. I haven't heard from one person or source that working in their warehouses is an enjoyable experience. The workers barely get a break if you can even call it that, and its oftentimes harsh working conditions. To me that just seems like a company that is worried about making as much money as possible. After doing some research, you can find out that the company accounts for a high turnover, and that is what they want to do, which is and should be unsettling in my opinion because that is the most obvious way to see a horrible experience as an employee there. please help reply to this discussion post
