 In subsequent posts, choose one or more aspects of EQ that you would like to strengthen. Consider Goleman’s five areas—self-awareness, emotional regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. What do you do well in one of the areas that would be helpful to others? Where could you boost your EQ? Share your own ideas and do some online research to find and post specific ways to boost that EQ. Also, provide each other positive feedback on aspects of EQ you have noticed in your teammates.
