Chromosomal crossover : It is defined as the exchange of genetic material between two homologous chromosomes which are non sister chromatids and they result in recombinant chromosome. 

So because of recombination siblings share approximately 50% of the same DNA as each parent passes only 50 % of the genes randomly to the child . So each child may get different genes from their parents so they recombine differntly and they look different.
