Finally, to set up a wholly owned subsidiary in Europe, there will be many different benefits. The person will have complete control of the manufacturing and marketing, which will be good for adapting to the European market. Also, it will be good for having protection against the risk of infringement. If there was no protection, there would be some legal trouble with this. The only con that I can really think of is how there will be a lot of money at first that you would have to put in. 

I would choose option c because it will be the one that will work out the best, even though there is a lot of money that you will put in first, it will end up working the best in the long run. The flexibility of what you want to do with the computer and the protection are very key factor in this process to be successful.
