The object starts at rest its mass is 76kg. If I have to calculate the speed after falling 4 m would I start with PE having it equal the Total height of the object from the ground?  4m+3m+5m= 12m vs 4m? There is no Kinetic Energy since it is starting from rest which would only give it PE to start with until it falls 4 m. IF it falls for meters is that also (-4m) Hopefully my question was clear. I just wanted to make sure I'm setting up the problem correctly.  Thank you!
