The managers will help the top management in formulating the goals, and objectives, and this will be communicated to the employees who is wholly responsible for the implementation of these goals, and objectives. The success of the business is based on the implementation of these goals and strategies in expected manner. 

The motivating for the employees will differ from an employee to employee. Some employees will be motivated by increment in the salary, some will be motivated by recognizing them, etc., The manager's main responsibility is to motivate the employees according to their expectation. So that the process of business will be in a good flow.
