On March 17, 2016, at 1:41 P.M., officer T. Cramblett CPD#1191 was dispatched to he area of Sharon Woods Blvd. and Brookhurst Ave on a narcotics complaint. Radio was advised by a known caller that a white Chevrolet Malibu, occupied by two white females, was parked on the street and were involved in the sales of narcotics. Officer Cramblett was responding to the area when he observed a white Chevrolet Malibu traveling south bound on Beechcroft Rd. Officer G.Meyer CPD# 2333 had also been dispatched on the run, and was traveling north bound on Beechcroft Rd., when he observed the vehicle ,traveling south bound, and aired with radio that it was occupied by two white females. Officers Cramblett observed the vehicle turn east bound onto E. Dublin Granville Rd then initiated a traffic stop just west of Maple Canyon Ave. Officers Cramblett and Myer approached the vehicle and made contact with both occupants advising them of the nature of the stop and asking for

On 6/9/17 at 1252 Hrs. Officer Villalpando was dispatched to a juvenile problem 1608 10th St. Caller, Nicholas Allen advised that his son, Kaden Boyd (14) who was currently on house arrest, “cut” off his ankle monitor and was last seen getting into a black passenger car. Officer Villalpando arrived and met with Mr. Allen who told him that Kaden had been missing once before while in the Austin area, and that Kaden was involved with the criminal element believing his son is traveling to Austin with an older male, Michael Tabler who had recently been arrested.

“Officer Groome attempted to stop a 2003 Honda Civic on Oliver Avenue in the city of Chesapeake for stolen license plates. Officer Groome activated his lights and siren for the driver to pull over. The driver of the vehicle did not stop, ran multiple stop signs and red lights, and was driving in excess of 80 mph. The driver continued driving through South Norfolk area into the city of Norfolk. The vehicle came to a stop on Reservoir Avenue in the city of Norfolk. The driver was identified as the accused and the passenger got out of the vehicle and ran. The Norfolk police responded to the area with their K9 unit, and the accused was hiding underneath the crawl space of a house. The accused was found in possession of a dime bag of marijuana and the vehicle, property belonging to Paul Brady, which had been reported stolen on 09/26/2015, in the city of Chesapeake. The accused is not a licensed driver. The accused stated that he received this vehicle from a “friend.”

Upon my arrival I spoke to Chris Holt, who stated that he had heard a truck door close and went outside to see what the noise was. Chris stated that when he walked outside he observed a County Road sign 4897 lying on his front porch. Chris then observed a white Chevrolet pickup possibly a 4wd with two kids in the back of the truck throwing two more County Road signs and a tripod to a transit into his yard. Chris tried to follow the pickup to get a possible tag number but was unable due to the high rate of speed the vehicle was traveling down the roadway. I advised Chris that I was going

7/13 Worker went to the home of Crystal Sebastian. Worker knocked on the door and Crystal greeted the worker and invited the worker in. Crystal had a quarter sized hicky on the left side of her neck. As the worker and Crystal walk into the apartment Crystal shows the worker Josilynn's hover board for her birthday. The apartment was unorganized and messy. Worker and Crystal sat down in the living room to discuss court, ACR and Services. Crystal is working for the news paper route currently and seeking employment. Worker spoke about visitation and gave Crystal the 502 forms to fill out. Crystal spoke about visitation supervised and unsupervised. Worker stated that the worker did not have the man power, but it was an option to look into.

Alejandro was charged with the above offenses and issued a Maybrook court date (04/12/16 at 1:30 P.M. room 106). Mark volunteered to help with the community arts festival; he was supporting the not-for-profit organization as he had in the past. However, he did not know his good intentions as a volunteer would cost him his job as an assistant manager. The retail store’s phone number was printed in the festival advertising in error and ticket requests overloaded the phone lines, causing loss of business and annoyed the store manager. As a result, Mark was seen as the cause of the problems and terminated.

On 4-8-2016 at about 2148 hrs I was northbound on Auburn Way S in about the 1500 block when I noticed a white Dodge Durang, WA/AYU1801. The vehicle was also northbound. I checked the vehicle WACIC/NCIC/DOL and the return indicated the registered owner was Albert Whiteeagle JR - 9-30-1984. A DOL check of Whiteeagle indicated that Whiteeagle's driving status was DWLS/R 1st Degree for DWLS/R 1st DG - active from 6-1-2015 and to be released 6-1-2017. I further noticed that the DOL returned indicated that Whiteeagle had been arrest two prior times for DWLS 1st Degree.

Jennifer is a 2nd grader being referred for possible learning disabilities in reading. Jennifer has always attended Sand Hill Elementary and has not repeated a grade. She is eight years old. She has been screened for vision and hearing problems and was found to have normal vision and hearing. Her teachers have described her as cooperative and likable.
