Marketing/PR Specialist
The Marketing/PR Specialist will manage the day-to-day community-related activities for the NuNu Publishing podcast. Duties include managing official community websites, social media channels, and live events. In this role, the candidates will also work closely with Production team (Executive Producer).
Responsibilities:
• Working with Community Leads, develop a pre- and post-launch community development strategy that fosters audience growth and retention through tactics including content production, social media engagement, influencer outreach, and more.
• Collaborate with internal departments to ensure that community feedback for the episodes is addressed.

• Drive to innovate community practices and bring community management to the next level;

My experience in community relations provided me with direct experience in speaking with the public and the media. A large component of my job was meeting with community organizations, I regularly met with a wide variety of community groups in order to recruit potential new members but also to raise awareness of the new campus. In this position, I also served as a primary contact for the media. I often worked with newspapers to gain coverage of campus events. I wrote press releases and news articles about campus projects and events.
