Endometriosis is a painful and chronic disease that affects at least 176 million women worldwide. It happens when the tissue that are inside of the uterus migrates to the outside of the uterus where it doesn’t belong. Endometriosis growth bleed in the same way as the menstruation. However, it can cause swelling and pelvic pain because the tissue grows and bleeds in the area where it is not easy to get out of the body. Except that, it can also block the fallopian tubes when growing and grow into the ovaries. Then the blood in ovaries which could not release and would cause cysts. Plus, it can make women hard to get pregnant because of the formation of the scar tissue. In fact, it may also cause problems in intestines and bladder. The causes of endometriosis are not clear, but the researchers found out some possible causes that could leads to endometriosis. The clear disadvantage of IVF is that the success is not always guaranteed. Less than 50% among all couples with IVF treatment achieved conceiving. And 25% of couples got babies after IVF. Which means not all the people who become pregnant get babies. Another disadvantage is that IVF includes operative process which might cause infection and hemorrhage. Plus, Ovarian Hyper-stimulation Syndrome might be another risk of IVF treatment. Moreover, one in every four couples experienced multiple pregnancies. And it’s because the doctor usually insert more than one embryos to increase the fertility rate. So the result is that there is higher chance to get twins or triplets. In most cases the babies conceived by IVF treatment are healthy. However, some long term researches found that women who become pregnant by IVF are at the risk of preterm and ectopic birth. Which might leads to deformed child. Hence, the couples have to take all the risk to take IVF
