Upon D/CPL. Case’s arrival at the crime scene there is no documentation in the crime report that he had contact with the first responder, PFC Malcolm. The first responder should brief the primary investigator as it is the only opportunity for the next in command to obtain initial aspects of the crime scene prior to subsequent information (Technical Working Group on Crime Scene Investigation, 2000). Conversing with first responders is vital to providing information to substantiate investigative considerations and is a priority in any properly sanctioned investigative plan (Technical Working Group on Crime Scene Investigation, 2000). Prior to D/CPL. Case’s arrival, key pieces of evidence had already been collected despite the mild and clear weather conditions; the victim’s jacket and two neoprene skullcaps that had been tied together. D/CPL. Case was not able to conduct a walk-through of the crime scene with the individuals responsible for processing the scene because in the one hour and fifteen minutes it took D/CPL Case to

Scenario #3 is the one that I will be discussing for this case study. Conflicts will arise no matter where you work, it is almost impossible to avoid them. No two people think exactly the same and it is important to communicate to minimize conflict but embrace and learn from situations when they arise. Conflicts should never be left unresolved as people can grow significantly frustrated and the results can be deadly. Workplace violence has happened many times in the past and scenario #3 could possibly result in such from either the workers or their loved ones. Scenario #3 discusses an SVP, named Robert, who is being completely unprofessional in dealing with his employees. I will seek to investigate and understand the root of the problem, along with giving recommendations to my boss as a result of my investigation.
I then made contact with the driver, a black female who stated, she did not have and ID, but her name was Tiara Thompson, DOB 12/14/1986, and SSN 394-92-7152. While speaking with the driver, I observed, she had glassy blood shot eyes, slurred speech, and the smell of intoxicants coming from her person. I also observed a passenger, later identified as Greatta Bridges DOB 05/01/1977. I then instructed both subjects exit the passenger side of the vehicle due to the driver side door being damaged. After the subjects exited the vehicle, dispatch advised the drivers information was not coming back with a record through MS or through RMS. After Questioning the driver again about her name and DOB, she gave a DOB of 12/14/1987, which also came back no record. I observed while speeching with the driver, she was stumbling and using the vehicle to steady herself. While speeching with the driver, I observed a MS ID card on the driver floor board of the vehicle, after looking at the picture, I noticed it was the driver's ID card. The name on it was Tierra Tunstall, DOB 12/14/1983, I ran it through dispatch and determined the driver did not have a valid driver's license. Tunstall then volunteered to provide a breath sample on a portable breath tester, the breath sample yielded positive for intoxicants. Also while speaking with Tunstall, she stated she did not have valid insurance, and the tag not did belong on her vehicle. Tunstall was taken into custody and placed in the back seat of my patrol
The world has entered into a new millennium, but from the dawn of civilization till date, the woman of the patriarchal society of India continues to be oppressed and ill-treated. She is dependent, weak, exploited and faces gender discrimination in every sphere of life. The gender-based violence that threatens the well-being, dignity and rights of women, extends across social, cultural, economic and regional boundaries. The equality of women and men is a facet of human reality and not just a condition to be achieved for the common good. That which makes human being human—their inherent dignity and nobility—is neither male nor female. Discrimination at workplace is possibly the commonest form of harassment that most office goer has suffered at least once in their professional life.
