Ethical business practicese include assuring that the highest legal and moral standards are identified in your relationships with the people in your business community. You know the most important person in your business is your customer. You should always go for long term profit instead of short term profit. A reputation for ethical decisions creates trust in your business among business associates and suppliers. Strong supplier relationships are critical to a successful business. So customer trust is only kept , if they are treated as initially they were promised to be treated.
Strengths The biggest strength that the Beats product line has currently is the resources available from Apple. According to a recent article by Gizmodo, Apple has not changed the visual appearance of the Beats product line, but the inner components have undergone significant improvements, such as Pure Adaptive Noise Cancelling components and a new Apple W1 wireless chip intended to improve both battery life and connectivity (Estes, 2017). Since purchasing the Beats company for $3 billion dollars in 2014 Apple has continued to use their considerable resources to improve research and development of the brand. Indeed Apple was the first company in history to reach $800 billion in market capitalization (Reuters, 2017).

The organizations values are to reflect the mission statement as closely as possible. They describe the core qualities of the organization as well as the actions and behaviors towards clients, employees, partners, community members, etc. The values that my organization will employ and portray are those showing the honesty, integrity, dedication, and loyalty to the clients, workers, and community. They will also portray the value of the employees to the successful treatment of the clients. The values will show the level of skill, knowledge, and expertise that the employees possess. Honesty is an important value to have because if a client knows the staff and organization is truthful the success rate will greatly increase because of its creditability. Conveying a strong value of honesty to clients as well as everybody else involved with the organization provides stability and admiration to the organization and the employees, showing a client who has severe trust issues that he or she can trust the staff who in the beginning is complete strangers that he or she will be able to build their trust issues with other people
Home Depot strives to provide the highest quality service to its customers. Home Depot achieves this by hiring professionals such as, carpenters, plumbers, and paint specialists. The Home Depot staff can help customers pick out larger and more difficult items such as showers, vinyl siding, carpet, appliances, and plumbing. After the purchase, Home Depot will have the items delivered and installed in the customer’s home. Home Depot’s focus on “product authority” is one of the main and drivers for the company’s high quality service.
USAA Savings Bank has been around for a long time believe it or not. In 1922 USAA was originally founded in San Antonio, Texas when 25 Army officers decided to come together and insure each other’s automobiles. William Garrison was USAA’s first elected president. Shortly after that USAA’s first employee was Harold Dunton, who was hired as a general manager. Major Walter Moore purchased the first automobile insurance policy for $114.74 and became USAA’s first member. Two years later in 1924 USAA printed their first credo. The company motto was “Service to the Services.” 1928 was the year that USAA started advertising 8,000 active component service members
When it comes to the CAPTA as a whole I do feel the strengths perspective was intended but it did not thoroughly follow through. For example with involving consumers although research is constantly conducted on methods we should try to have effective child welfare systems, research using actual children and families affected by child abuse and neglect were slim. Most of the research showed percentages and data on how many are affected but none showed what those victims said we, as a system should do to investigate and treat others whom may be faced with this situation. With the CAPTA focusing on providing the federal funding to investigate, prevent and create treatment activities and programs for Michigan I would say its focus is on correcting

One night in 1981, Jeff Munks, a police office in San Jose, CA responded to an urgent call and arrived at a residence where a Vietnamese immigrant who spoke no English was screaming and waving his arms agitatedly. Next to him, his son was having trouble breathing. This resulted in Telephone Interpretation being offered since that year. This service connects trained interpreters via telephone to Limited English Proficient (LEP) Individuals.
