The development of the PRIDE prototype exemplifies that Austin Cardiac Surgery has implemented a CRM (Customer Relationship Management) strategy. Strictly speaking, it is evident that the company is steering its focus toward creating customer value, which is a critical component of an organization’s success. Moreover, by adopting CRM, the company will be able to strengthen its relationships with its customers and in turn gain an in-depth understanding of their needs. This will enable the company to better accommodate the consumer, which will generate lucrative, extensive relationships in the long-run. Needless to say, my decision would entail finding the capital to fund the PRIDE system, considering that it adds value to the organization.
