Penetrating Hall County Georgia
Becoming an Army National Guard Recruiter poses a unique set of challenges. I believe it is paramount to do a thorough area analysis of the market you are about to recruit. Throughout this paper I will describe in detail how I plan to accomplish this feat. I will explain the demographics of Hall County Georgia, administering a schools program, and a plan for a yearly sustainment program. I will be picking one school to focus on but also provide a plan to maintain my other schools. We recruit all year so I will provide a yearly plan broken down by quarter with whom and how I plan to get quality leads for future enlistments. I believe developing good relationships with schools and having a fluid plan on area canvassing to develop COI’s and VIP’s will be instrumental my success.

I am very persistent. Once I set my mind to something, I strive for it until I achieve it or it has proved impossible for me to obtain my goal. It was once my goal to join the Army. Although I was overweight, I worked until I made the correct weight limit and kept trying to join until they told me I couldn't join because I had eczema as a child. I believe that I should always try my hardest and do my best as much as possible in every situation.
Recruitment of the United States military is a vital part of maintaining an all volunteer military force. Because of recent world events and the high operations tempo of the military, Army has had some problems with its recruitment. Convincing civilians to sign up to be a solider can be a tough job when it requires being sent 7,000 miles from home to go fight in a war zone. What can recruiters do to keep
Serving the United States Military comes with many responsibilities as well as pressure and accountability. However, the military isn’t for everyone, but it offers so much for those who serve. One thing that must be known and dealt with is that this career could be a life threatening one, and there are many obstacles one must go through beforehand.
Would you be willing to drop everything right now and join the military? Thousands of men were troubled with this question in the twentieth century. The United States draft, also called conscription, was first used during the Civil War but later used in WWI, WWII, the Korean War, and the Vietnam War. Napoleon was the first general to use the modern draft. In 1940 FDR signed the Training Service Act of 1940 starting the first formal draft in the United States, but in 1973 congress decided to have an all-volunteer military. President Carter decided to resume the draft in 1980 due to the Soviet invasion of Afghanistan. Today the draft is not used but the US still requires its 18-year-old
The most hardworking people are usually the least recognized. They are generally the least paid as well. There must be some sort of incentive for them to continually work so hard. The United States Army has been the underdogs of the military branch. The United States Army is probably the hardest working branch of the military, but also the least sought after. To the general public they are not considered to be at the top of the spectrum amongst the other branches of military. The government has helped in creating a bias within the branches of military by making the standards to get into the military so low compared to some of the other branches. The Army should be considered the “People’s Army.”
As the bus entered the heavily guarded military instillation, I gazed upon the sign that read, "Be All that You Can Be." When the bus stopped, several angry Drill Instructors boarded and began introducing us to a very colorful vocabulary, usually reserved for drunken Sailors. They instructed us to gather our belongings, get off the bus and assemble in a circular formation. As I searched for the strength to get up, I found myself moving, while several Drill Instructors yelled at us for our clumsy attempt to dismount the bus and fall into formation. I wondered if I had made the right choice. However, I have come to realize that my military experiences have tremendously enhanced my self-worth. From those first eight
The Army National Guard is a whole new way to serve. It’s all about commitment to help communities in need. It’s solid dedication to the country in war and in peace. They form an elite team that shares similar core values, convictions, and beliefs. To be in the National Guard can mean serving the country part-time, one weekend a month and two weeks a year as most Guard members serve. This is what makes them different from the other branches of the military. Experiences will be gained that would change one’s outlook on life forever. Skills will be learned that will last a lifetime. The Guard is a team that values serving others and being the best; a part-time job
Since the beginning of the Army in 1775 till now, there have been many changes. We have gone from an all conscription Army to a completely volunteer force. We have gone through wars and times of peace. Gone from being praised, to being spit on, and back again. Through all the changes there has been one constant and that is the pride taken by all Soldiers in being called a Quiet Professional. It does not matter if the Soldier is at their home station or on the front lines, we all want to do our job, or profession, as professional as possible.
Much progress has been made in the National Assembly over these past few weeks. Thanks to the amendment to the Declaration of the Rights of Man and of the Citizen, women are now on a level playing field with men. All rights laid out in the document belong to both men and women. To go along with that, Marie Antionette’s suspensive veto power from henceforth will be ignored. Her abuse of this power left the National Assembly no choice to vote, unanimously, to revoke this power that she felt was hers. From this point forward, the National Assembly can debate upon any topic that they desire. Ms. Antionette will no longer be able to delay progress towards a better France. This better France will be achieved through a National Guard filled with men and women, as well as women trained in the use of firearms and other weapons.
Section 1: Introduction The theme for this paper is to select an organization that I 'm familiar with, which is recruiting and retention for the state of Georgia. I will identify an existing performance gap that can be closed by developing a training program. I will also describe how I would develop an effective training program. The references for this paper will come from Chapters 8-10 of the textbook and other resource materials.

Females should in fact be obligated to register with the Selective Service. Not only are more men stepping up and caring for their families, but women are fighting for their rights to be equal to men, and also are equipped to live the military lifestyle. Both sexes being required to sign up for the draft seems like a perfect opportunity for men and women to become equals.
As many other countries mandate young adults partaking in the military for two years, the United States should follow suit. Many beneficial consequences would be rendered as a result of the increase in service. This would also be a great commencement into the real world for any young adult. These statements can be explored by discussing the benefits of free college tuition, disciplined young adults who are ready to follow orders, and the sheer power of numbers.
What is a profession? First and foremost let’s look at how we can define a profession from a general point. A profession is an occupation requiring specialized knowledge and often long and intensive academic preparation. Profession doesn’t mean only to be perfectly prepared on the basis of theoretical aspects, but to meet the strict criteria as well. A good professional should be a leader and leadership means solving problems. Leaders can be assessed according to the amount of resolved problems. Everybody has a tendency to be successful, in trying this; a successful leader has to be confident in his decisions. It follows from that, that generally we can consider the leader as an expert, a matured personality, somebody who meets the high
